SWB Motorsport Driving Experiences | Bedford RLHZ (Green Godess) & Dennis Sabre Experiences

As of the most recent Sunday, I had been gifted an experience to drive a Dennis Sabre alongside the ride on board a Bedford RLHZ, also known as the Green Godess which served in both major firefighter strikes within the United Kingdom, once during 1977 and again in 2002.
Firstly, the Green Godess was running smoothly in a good start and drive throughout the section of Bicester Heritage Airfield and handled the off-road area superbly. Unfortunately, they cannot afford to and won't allow driving experiences with the vehicle due to its age and fraleness. The two tones and lights are disconnected currently while they are repaired.
Shortly after was my driving experience of one of two Dennis Sabres on site. The Dennis Sabre I had chosen was previously with the West Midlands Fire Service once upon a time and since had a refitted lighting kit, unfortunately not fully functioning, alongside a refitted Whelen WS-295 siren module on the inside which did work.
The engine itself was running well and driveable, still happily able to produce a fair amount of power with the unkitted appliance. The other, seen in one clip, an ex Tyne & Wear Fire & Rescue Service Dennis Sabre. Unfortunately within the last few years they had to sell the Dennis RS which they previously owned.
I would like to add a personal thanks to the team and their amazing efforts to allow for things like this to continue. As well as maintaining and keeping these vehicles running, additionally their curteousy and hospitality is amazing towards every customer!
