@@jwill294 I'm not a huge fan of the monkey boat/sub in this situation, so instead I added more of the yellow moab maulers (1/3/0 canon) and I think I also added one more ninja in the middle loop (4/0/2). I don't remember exactly what it was, but I've used a similar strategy on nearly every beginner map so far, still haven't made it to intermediate yet though. Good luck!!
A really good strategy for CHIMPS is sub commander army with Brickell, with some alchemists and a village, really easy strat but make sure to get a moab glue at the front(for intel) and a MIB village, since subs cant pop DDTs without it. Also, this strat with gwendolin is much better as she provides useful buffs to all the towers.

Good strategy but in my opinion the best and easiest strat is obyn druid perma spike. Get 6 0-1-4 druids all in range of eachother, and as many as you can in range of obyn, get 2 4-0-2 alchemist and a 2-2-0 village. You can last to about 82 with that and on round 80 you can afford the druid of wrath. After that buy a mib. Then after buy a 0-2-5 perma spike with a 2-0-0 alc for lead popping power. GG. And you even have like 20k left over
this start got me practically all my chimps medals, thanks! I also did a little switching, so I got primary expertise (which dominates 76 and 78) after getting tack zone and before perma charge. Then I just make do with I have left, usually a 2-0-3 super.
My Chimps Strategy is start with Ninja, upgrade it to 2-0-1 and save money for hero! I recommend Adora or Obyn. Then after I place hero, I try to get a 0-3-2 bomb shooter and a 0-3-2 alchemist and set them both on strong before round 40. Then upgrade ninja to 3-0-2. Then I get a 0-3-2 Wizard, excellent for round 59. Then i buy a 2-3-0 village and then get a 5-0-2 heli pilot in range of village. And in between all of that I forgot to mention I upgrade ninja to 4-0-2. And that's my chimps strategy!
Chris: There are probably better stratigies with unique and instresting towers spread out all over the place. People who just use apache prime: Well yes but actually no.

Here is a strange CHIMPS strategy that is a little luck dependant for r28 and r30, but should be smooth sailing from there Buy Quincy in a spot with high map coverage. Buy an Engineer as soon as possible and you'll have enough cash to get a Sentry Expert with Pin on Round 26. Next, save up for a Wizard, Super Monkey, and a Village to help deal with Round 40 Upgrade the village to Jungle Drums + Scanner so everyone has Camo Detection, get the Wizard to Arcane Mastery, and the Super to Sun Avatar. He will be obtained before r63. Upgrade Wizard to Arcane Spike and buy a MIB. By the end, you will have enough cash to get a few 4-0-0 Alchemists, a Shattering Shells Mortar, an Archmage, and two First Strike Capabilities. Try out this dumb strategy, it will work.
I did too, he just got super lucky with the adora ability, i got killed by the 4 camo ceramics at the very end which his ball of light miraculously killex

it's an easy way, but not simple where you have 12 types of towers and 20+ in total, there are a lot other strategies both easier and simpler I'm sure
After sandbox testing, the best 0-0-0 tower against grouped bloons is the alchemists followed by the super monkey
