Hello there, Gray main here. Just saying that Hot Zone is a pretty terrible gamemode for him, honestly. In this gamemode, you're only good at one function for the team - just providing portals and then doing almost nothing for the rest of the match. If you're playing with randoms, you can't just pray that this will be enough for the rest of the team to win. Instead, I recommend you try him in Knockout. His instant teleport and walking cane gadget make him exteremely unpredictable and annoying for the enemies to face and you can use that to your advantage. Also his first star power allows him to tank shots from high damage brawlers like Piper, which are very common in Knockout.
im not a gray main but the gray experience was mostly terrible. some of my randoms would try to step in the portal for no reason, even if they take a few shots they are very willing to step in the portal and instantly die afterwards to some surge super. another problem is that when I gadget pull someone, my randoms cant really react to it and I kinda understand because I wont be able to react quickly to it either. gray is just a brawler to play with friends or to try to carry in knockout
I kinda agree, I don't play gray much but hotzone doesn't seem like a good mode for him over all. I'm a brawl ball main and he is really good at teleporting to the ball and scoring or breaking the walls with either gadget, again I don't play him much but there are better options than hotzone, like wipeout, bounty or knockout.

I'm praying for no Melody nerf and a super charge rate nerf on Juju. They really need to fix heist instead of balancing brawler around it, this mode is broken, not Chuck, Melody or Crow Just imagine a world were Crow would get reduced damage on his ult but a big buff to the charge rate, he could be so more fun (and an actual assassin)
ngl i feel that maisie is better than juju, because on an open map with no water, edgars can just rush juju and take her down, so i don't think juju's that broken imo

For amber just don't always auto aim and use super if brawlers are behind walls so they don't heal and if its a one tile wall use second gadget but don't use super on water it would cut the line

First of all, her second gadget: Instead of building, she should demolish the walls and stuff but only with her super ready for use (including the armored walls). Her second star power doesn't work AT ALL so lets just say she only has one. They should buff more or add something to it idk or simply rework this trash. Comboig the hypercharge with my ideia of second gadget would be such a good thing for her in my opinion. Imagine being the one and only brawler (which makes sense) capable of destroy the armored walls.
