have a question if i remotely erase data on my samsung device I know that it would erase the data but would it activate a feature like the activation lock which apple has or it just logs out of the samsung account from my device and the thief can actually re use the device with a different account, as the reactivation lock on iphone would still allow you to see its location

I have a question I just bought a T-Mobile variant of eBay the lady forgot to erase her stuff I'm trying to find out can I tell her 2 to remote wipe it so I won't have to use her pin code when I receive the phone
