I’m part of that blue line and it honors our country and the people in it, like yourself, which allows you to freely express your opinion. A concept not understood by some. Enjoy the boating videos! Glad your generator is generating again…
You gotta admit-the water on the east coast is Gorgeous. That trip on the ICW between Hobe Sound and Jupiter takes you by many well known peoples homes-big dollar stretch right there.
Back in the late 70s and early 80s, my grandma lived on Singer Island and we'd go to Sailfish marina for dinner...you brought back some great old memories.
Man! I love yawll channel! We ate ne boat peeps. I'm trying real hard to learn the ropes, and I hope to be blessed to go and do like yawll , one day. I'm getting better!😳🤣🙌🏼
Same as others. I grew up in WPB and spent time on peanut Island as a Cub Scout and even toured the bombs Shelter that was once there. Of course I love Sailfish Marina. grew up going there and continue going there now as an adult.
3 years ago we rented a boat in Boynton Beach and took a picnic to Peanut Island. We got into the little marina and spent a great couple hours exploring. Thanks for the memory.
Entering the high rent district :). Hobe sound brought me back. The Hobe Sound bridge is how we got to the beach on Jupiter Island. Loving you saw the Margaritaville at Sea. It is a nice escape to Freeport Bahamas. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to your Peanut Island experience.
The Sailfish Marina is one of the nicest marinas around. Singer Island is awesome. My boss docks his 100' Hatteras across from Peanut Island so we do a lot of lunches at the Sailfish. They have the best conch chowder in florida!
I forgot to mention how low the tide gets around Peanut Island, glad to see you made it. The JFK bunker was on Peanut Island, they are currently restoring it.
When it comes to checking out an anchorage I think I'd rather do it at low tide. But at low tide it would be harder to get in area that's deeper. Whatever. I can't explain. Lol!
The 6.2’s are not enough for the 341. 8.1’s are better. Diesels best for the trips we take. A 391 would suit us better I think. But we love our boat. It’s served us well for the way we use it. Slow and steady.
Jason Newsted lives in Jupiter, FL (bassist for Metallica for like 15 yrs). BTW - next time your in the Point Pleasant Canal/Manasquan River area pop by the Coast Guard station & say hi!
You can anchor pretty much anywhere the water is deep enough. Just not in a channel! I look for notes on Navionics where other people have anchored. But you also have to watch wind. You want the land to block the wind/waves so look for spots leeward of islands.
A solar panel would definitely help when we are anchored all day. We don’t run the generator during the day unless we have to charge the batts a bit. A solar panel would eliminate that need. (So would more batteries lol)
Someone here does not like your thin blue line flag. Not going to get into a piss-ng match with them but wanted to let you know there are many of us who support what that flag represents.
It’s not an American flag, it’s a law enforcement support flag. Hence the blue line. We fly the American flag proudly from our highest point on the masthead.
Have you guys thought about getting a solar generator for your beautiful boat,we have one on our Rv and saves us gas plus no noise, but I’m sure you already done your research.🫵🏼🍺🛥️

I'm not sure how you get any happier there! Thanks for sharing.
Love that you let us share your journey with you. it's fascinating!
Did I miss your docking beer btw?
Saw the Admiral had hers of course 😆 👍
Thank you! I’m sure a had a docking beer at one point. Lol

For sure! Houses were amazing!

What an amazing town! You’ll see more in the next couple vids! Great area!
Another great video guys .Thats has to be the perfect boat for a trip like this

good place to anchor
When you tow a dinghy, one tow line, one loose line for a safety
5:24 "Rock Stars" Horizon FD, nice.
Enjoying the content. I’m in Canada on lake st Clair so it’s nice to see that part of the world.

Look for our sticker at Sailfish! Lol
That is part of America that keeps me out of the Tropics and the Caribbean. BEAUTY-FULL
Thanks for sharing! Glad things are going well.
Great video! Keep up the good work. This is the only way I'll ever see this part of Florida.
Beautiful........no stress, just a cold beer. 😊😊😊
You're in my stomping grounds! Loving your videos!
Mattie is so cute watching you away from the boat! Love it!
Fantastic as always!
The dingy on a dingy cracked me up
lol.
Love it, we are really enjoying all the videos. Thanks very much and have fun.

I haven’t been to peanut Island in 20 years. Used to anchor there during lobster mini season.
Mini season in a few days. I’m going to give it a whirl!
Thanks guys for my great afternoon video here in Mich. rain all day video makes my day as usual stay safe thanks alk in Mich
We stayed at Singer Island last year on a trip from California. We had a room right on that inlet and it was great boat watching!
You’ll see that next episode!
this is my home! many many wonderful weekends there 40 years in WPB so exciting to see others discover our paradise
You are one lucky family! Wish it was closer for us!

Brigitt and I went on the Margaritaville ship last year. Had a blast.

Sailfish is an amazing place. You see us visit it next video.
You can really see the color change in the water the more south you go.

I just learned about that bunker while there! Pretty neat!
Member of the chain gang⚓️🤣😂🤣
You guys ever get a chance to see StiltsVille off Key Biscayne?… Not sure if it’s even still there. Nice homes and cool views on this trip 👍
You know I think I did see them in the distance. May be in a future video.
When it comes to checking out an anchorage I think I'd rather do it at low tide. But at low tide it would be harder to get in area that's deeper. Whatever. I can't explain. Lol!
I know what you mean. I prefer going in on a rising tide. Worst case if you get stuck. Wait a few minutes and back out!
Tommy let the hair way down today lolol
😂
Nice trip! After owning your 341 as long as you have would you recommend that boat. Is there something else in that style you would prefer.

Wish I knew that sooner! Cheers!
Really enjoy the series. So, do you have to anchor in designated locations or could you pick and spot out of the channel?
You can anchor pretty much anywhere the water is deep enough. Just not in a channel! I look for notes on Navionics where other people have anchored. But you also have to watch wind. You want the land to block the wind/waves so look for spots leeward of islands.
Would be nice to deploy solar panels that could fold out. Instead of burning gas for the genny. Nice vids!

Standing up forward in that little dinghy without a kill switch might not be the smartest thing to do
Yeah probably not but neither is jumping out of a perfectly good airplane, yet people do it all the time. Lol
🏝️✌️🇺🇸🛟🍻

Don't desecrate the American flag with that sick blue line

Solar generators won’t support high power demand like air conditioners on a boat. That’s the only thing we really need a generator for in Florida.
