It depends. If it’s part of a scavenger hunt, it stays with the house just like letterboxes and pokemons. If the owner is part of a scavenger hunt and wants it, they should remove it from the scavenger hunt websites and take it. 😂

Not nearly enough snow to get out the snowblower. Clean off the car and go back inside.
I currently live in Michigan and the snow doesn’t slow anyone down or keeps them off the roads. Would explain why there’s so many accidents here.

@@HaleyJonesRealtor North shore Long Island NY. Possibly the highest real estate tax rates in the nation.
I was a dentist, not a teacher. I commuted from Long Island to Manhattan for work. Snow meant getting to the train, hoping the train was operational, and then getting to the office Midtown. But the nightmare was doing all that only to have everyone cancel because of the snow. Or worse..... everyone canceled except the last patient. Yes... the nightmares are real.

@@HaleyJonesRealtor Enough times for me to decide I would cancel the entire day early in the morning before leaving the house. Any reports of delays on the train or more than 6" of snow on the ground (especially if it was still snowing.... that became a snow day.

If you go back just pre covid times like lets say 2019 and earlier which is barely 5 years ago, I never heard of a single person EVER putting 20% down, ever. I'm sure it happened but there's no way that was the main narrative back then. I have been moving every 1-2 years buying houses for almost 10 years (not recommended), but prior to covid that never came up in a conversation as far as 20% being recommended. It was only went house prices went completely out of control the last few years that banks, realtors, etc. all realized that the prices and interest rates have made it impossible to buy without being able to afford the 20% down. I know dozens of people trying to move around the country right now and basically nobody, unless they are able to sell their place first and time it with a purchase, are able to accumulate 20% down to move. Even in those cases a lot of people doing that don't make enough to put the 20% down still so they are moving into literal dumps. You can't tell me that 20% down has been the norm that most people have been doing even 10 years back. I mean I guess 10 years back when the average priced house was 150K probably that 20% down was only 30 grand and not 100 grand like now, so that's a lot more achievable though. I wish more people would do estimates though with a more realistic figure like 5% down though or show both options. By the way great videos. Moving to the knoxville videos and we have been enjoying your content, very informative.

Thanks for the video. We are moving down there next year. We are coming from Michigan and it’s not much different as far as environment to Tennessee other then there’s more mountains and warmer. Where we grew up in Northern California it’s not much different as well. So I think we would be right at home down there.

I would rather live in a mobile home than in one of those Smithbilt or Horton disasters. The houses in five years look fifty years old. It truly deteriorates faster than a mobile home. You can see the frames through the thin siding and it is astonishing how quickly gutters are loose and roofs are missing shingles. Stay far away from these future slums!

Churches outnumber neighborhoods. If that’s you and you can afford to live there and understand the traffic is getting really really bad go for it. I moved to Oak Ridge. Moving to Knoxville this year, and we definitely looked at both areas. The traffic problems pushed us to look closer in. I think the infrastructure in Harding Valley is going to be a nightmare for a while.
Please do not mention Philadelphia.I don't want more people trying to come change our way of life its not okay with the locals were getting fed up and its costing us more money please don't mention or hurt our way of life don't California our tennessee or NYC it if you do move you better actually adapt we are the way we are for a reason

Does this data count college students? We have 2 homes bought in the neighborhood, one investor. The other one family purchased it just so there 2 daughters had a place to stay. My point is that just because college students are of age, it doesn't mean they are buying.

Stay away from Turner Homes! Terrible quality home, cheap material and doesn’t care about the home owner once you are in. When you have an issue they will either tell you nothing is wrong, not under warranty or do a crappy job fixing it.
