LOL Your fingernails are Illini Orange (Univ of Illinois at U-C) and your pants could maybe pass for Vols. I love your pants! I am too messy to keep that color clean but you always look fresh and classy. I still loved the bejeweled outfit before - loved the color and the blouse was awesome!

I would search Target stores first before I searched for any other store because I know for a fact, the areas near a Target and (bonus), near Trader Joe's, are my favorite neighborhoods ! Absolutely, hands down !!! being near Target/Trader Joe's is the place to be !!

The main VA outpatient clinic is the one on Ray Mears. Then we have the Annex offices on Downtown West. New to us is the dental clinic on Kingston Pike. Hopefully by 2028 we will have one facility in Knoxville instead of spread out.

Gorgeous! As a side note, who does not love a stair landing! It is one of my fave features in a townhome or 2 story!

Haley, this is absolutely incredible! My family is planning to move to Knoxville, TN winter 2025 from Dallas, TX and I can't express how helpful these driving tours are. Especially since I can't just come visit as often as I want. So thank you for all the effort you have put into all of your videos. They have been so helpful in understanding the areas of Knoxville. Love the neighborhood! But hey if you come through again please drive slower. We have tons of kids and with all the “walkable” hills it’s hard to see if littles are crossing the road.

Couple of things… if you return to our neighborhood in order to keep it so “awesome” please slow down and actually stop at the stop signs. The curb probably loved the extra contact you made with it but if you were driving slowly and stopping appropriately you wouldn’t have hit it. Also there is no target or Lowes in Oak Ridge.

I moved to Tellico Plains 3 years ago. When shopping in Knoxville our favorite roads are Kingston Pike, from Costco (Lovell Rd.) to Trader Joe's (Winston Rd.), and Parkside, from Campbell Station Rd. to Lovell Rd.

You can live in Karns with a scooter if you're in one of the neighborhoods between the library and the elementary school as that area has walkable access to a grocery store, post office, library, community center, elementary school, and the Lions Club pool. Otherwise, no. Smithbilt and D L Horton are not reputed to be high-quality builds, so keep that in mind when looking in the less expensive neighborhoods.

How do you secure a decent paying salary 👀 in a nervous wreck my husband is a bucket truck operator and foreman he cuts tree, he use to be a climber now he primarily enjoys the bucket work, then plowing on the winter.. he makes $100k a year the cost of living isn’t that much less so how do people survive on the salaries 💔 this economy is a disaster

thanks for this. I to believe that Target, Costco, etc have their demographics and only build in areas that they like. I don't know what the specific demographics are, but I live in an area that has both Target and Costco and I like it. Its convenient as hell. Just wish it wasnt in California.!! So when/if i make a change, I'll be looking for those demographics, i.e. a Target and Costco type of build out and convenience. Thanks. Also in California I'm partial to gated communities, (sad, but true). Are there many gated communities in the knoxville/east tenn area? thanks again.

Nope, Not feel'N ya. So you're telling me there's things to do all year long & it's beautiful BUT Don't live here? Orlando , Miami , Vail Colorado , etc All resort towns That people would die to live in. I do agree that if you have a cabin there You have to make a decision whether you want the money or the lifestyle.
