I'm guessing that the episode will be focusing on the Hexside Squad reuniting with their families and being part of a rebellion. The episode will also have another time skip by a few months. The episode will also make us learn more about the Collector and King's relationship and we might see a genuine friendship between the two, which would most likely make the Collector a redeemed character by the end of the episode and join everyone else in order to fight off against Belos. Oh, and how about a backstory for him as well. Speaking of backstories, we will also get one for Caleb and Evelyn, plus if Phillip left his journal in the Demon Realm, I think Caleb had a journal as well.

Luz and the gang will probably have to deal with villains like Odalia and the Titan Trappers, reunite with Eda, Raine, Lilith, Darius and the whole boiling isles resistance. And then they got to try to get the collector to be an ally rather than a villain. Hopefully in December, we will get more information and maybe a sneak peek of the second episode of The Owl House season 3. I also hope there will be a backstory on Caleb and Evelyn.
I also hope we got a side plot where Luz and Amity start to think about what's next for their futures after they're done defeating Belos and where they would end up. I mean the episode is called For the Future.

Camilla had those flashbacks of Luz getting bullied and she looked at Luz’s video diaries where her eyes were wide open when Luz says she’s staying in the human realm permanently after the final battle against Belos. Camilla knows deep in her heart that Luz’s friends from the boiling isles bring her so much joy and happiness to her.

My theory’s: 1) They Come back to the collector ruining the boiling isles to play Owl House 2) King might have grew and they come back to him not recognizing them 3) Eda and Lilith have to hide in the woods with some survivors 4) I have a feeling that the Collector and king talked and the collector showed king how each person who has found them have used their powers for themselves and never kept their promises which makes king feel sympathetic towards The collector accepting to play their game. 5) the boiling isles is just ruined and cracked up. :)
The creator posted a sketch of King from the upcoming episode and he is a bit bigger, but not to the point of being unrecognizable. Aside from being a bit taller, he looks the same. As sad as it is given the condensed nature of the season that was forced upon the team, I don’t think we’ll have time for an arc of king growing like was originally planned, probably just an acknowledgment that he is.
I can definitely see King getting bigger and stronger, but maybe the Collector is growing too. I kind of think the synopsis hints at the fan theory of Belos possessing the Boiling Isles.
The Collector has kind of been in limbo for what appears to be thousands of years. I do not think people in limbo generally age. Also, King seemed to be in his egg for thousands of years.

When I read bigger and stronger I just thought that King would be since he is a Titan but he isn't an enemy. So it's most likely The Collecter that is getting stronger by using his abilities more and more since they couldn't really when he was trapped. And by bigger, it could've meant that he found the Titan Trappers and was able to let them travel from the other side of the world to the finger King, Luz, and Hooty found. Then they joined The Collecter cause that's pretty much all they wanted the whole time. The Collecter probably also gained allies from The Boiling Isles, most could've just joined to survive. I think we're getting insight into Eda's curse because The Collector appears in that episode, hunting down the Owl Beast. Which also means that The Owl Beast and The Collector are mortal enemies, and the reason no witch could cure Eda was because it was a magic far stronger and much different than theirs- the collectors.
The only thing I can guess about the episode: It picks up just like episode 1, but from Kings perspective, we would probably see what the collector creates, more stuff I can't think of right now, then another montage based opening of everyone with them, then the opening is finished and we see Luz and the others coming through the portal and seeing the new boiling isles. And Luz showing Camila the glyphs.
Luz and Amity were already teaching Camila the glyphs (ending credits montage), so hopefully they won't spend too much time with that since teaching glyphs could slow the pace.
I feel like a few minutes after they enter the demon realm, they stumble apon the titan trappers and start to have a fight, but only to be interrupted by being kidnapped/saved by the rebellion. After the rebellion take them to there hide out, the kids then reunite with there parents/friends. And when Luz reunites with Eda, shes gonna cry her heart out.

What I predict will happen is at the beginning of the episode, instead of picking up where we left off, it will show us what happened on the Boiling Isles after Luz and them went into the portal. I think that will happen in the first 6 minutes like the montage did in Thanks to Them. And then it will show us what the Boiling Isles is like when they get there.
I just love the character of the collector. I really hope luz and co befriend them rather than making them vanish. They’re basically a child with massive quarantity of power who don’t know how much is enough. And who doesn’t want to be lonely. I really love them.

Belos has restored his lost power, Eda has no hand, the Collector has terraformed the entire demon realm into who knows what, the Collector is one big who knows what, King may be bigger and stronger and has a huge problem, and honestly who knows if anyone has even recovered from the day of unity! The sinopsis may not give us much, but that won't stop the muchness we already have in motion.
Perhaps something with the Titan and the Collecter because the Collector got stuck because of the Titan so maybe something about that? Idk, probably wrong or some variation of revenge or joining forces whether or not King wants to or not. I won’t lie. Flapjack’s death was unexpected, but I think it was really brave of him to sacrifice himself to save Hunter. Back in the Boiling Isles, The Collector was presumably rising to power in the time when Luz and the Hexside Squad were stuck in the human realm. If I’m not mistaken, I think The Collector is now mind controlling King and the two of them are playing Owl House. The Collector must’ve finished building the structure for the Owl House game and trapped everyone on the isles. It’s no surprise that King’s father trapped The Collector between realms. I mean, an all powerful entity with the mind and body of a child, that makes for a dangerous combination. I really hope Eda, Lilith, Raine, and everyone else are okay. I can imagine something like this: Collector: “The Owl House is finished, everyone! We’re going to have a lot of fun playing Owl House together, forever! Right, King?” King (mind controlled): “Right, Collector. This will be the best game of Owl House… (he opens his eyes to reveal that they’re glowing red) …EVER!”
