He's basically like Caleb's twin brother or his biological son. We can often inherit character traits from our parents and it can be assumed that Hunter inherited Caleb's traits and developed his. Caleb's other clones also had their own personality, they just partially inherited Caleb's character
Hunter is like the big brother who's only a year or two older than his siblings. He wants to be the more mature responsible one but he still can learn a lot from them and needs their help a lot too
