He got his snacks, I got mine. He added a pretzel. I just wanted to taste it. I asked for a TINY piece and he got ".38 hot" with me. He had a whole attitude. Talking bout "Dang, I told you to get whatever you wanted. I would've bought you your own pretzel if you wanted one." I still bring it up (jokingly) to this day and we laugh about it. He almost got fired. We literally almost broke up because I thought that was so damn selfish. But after hearing that other husbands do it too, I guess it may just be a man thing.
This video is so on point. My husband does not like sharing so he won't ask for any of my food and then if I offer him some of my food he'll say no that's ok because he thinks I will ask for some of his in return. When we ask you what you want for dinner, it means we don't have a taste for anything specific and we want you to give us some options that might make us say oh, I could go for that. All of the things you said had similar meats (spaghetti, meatloaf, lasagna) so we don't have a taste for that. Fried chicken, boiled chicken we don't have a taste for chicken. Try to offer things made with different ingredients and that might help you in the future. LOL.
That is so funny! I used to go in the bathroom and turn the faucet on so that my husband could not hear me use the toilet. But that all of that was in vain apparently because he informed me that I farted in my sleep quite frequently. I was horrified to say the least!
