The only way you can numerically control splitter outputs is with belt speeds (you can limit a split to 60, for example, but not 70.) as long as a feed supplies more than the machines downstream need, though, they’ll sort of limit themselves (eventually)
Yeah exactly. Just wondered, could imagine there is a splitter where you could maybe fill in numbers - so a smart splitter with numbers instead of text. Much love from grandma Wendy 💖

There might be a mod for the type of splitter you're asking about, but not in the vanilla game.
