A water floss is meant to be used with flossing not in place of flossing! It really helped me when I had braces but i still continued to use it after i had my braces removed because it really cleans your teeth and keeps them healthy
I have a water flosser, you should be doing it while leaning over the sink so that the water falls into the sink and mouth should be slightly open so the water falls into the sink
