Problem: I am really white and have dark hair. Soft colors wash me out. I think ther color topic is something that is different for everybody

M also white with dark hair it means we have strong features so deep colours suits us the best such as deep red ,black ,some shades of pink, purple, deep green , brown, navy blue , white such a good combo for summer anyways try to look at winter colour palette but the girl in the video have a soft feature like light hair light eye colour that’s why soft feminine colours suits her the best

i’d like to mention that DO NOT BE AFRAID TO GO TO THE GYM OK i’ve noticed a lot of women online doing just pilates and hot girl walks and while those are great, don’t be afraid to go to the gym, or try a new sport, or whatever. the gym does NOT give you bulky muscles if u go like twice, esp if you’re a woman. to build big muscles, you need to train hard and bulk, which isn’t achieved by gym beginners. just PLEASE for the love of god skip the chloe ting phase. i went through it, and it discouraged my journey since chloe advertises “getting abs in two weeks” and stuff like that when it’s simply not true. when you don’t get results, you get discouraged and quit. when you go to the gym there’s a thing called beginner gains which means that beginners get results very fast. then after going to the gym after a while, you start to fall in love with it. OK i’m done w my rant, i just get kinda annoyed when people are making pilates and walks seem more feminine and romantical, also im not trying to attack the youtuber im just sharing my point of view

Loved your video! I personally fast and I don’t really classify it as a diet it’s more of a lifestyle change. I struggled with a binge eating disorder, so it has helped so much with discipline and I of course still eat healthy foods, but incorporate some sweets every once in a while. It’s all about balance !🥰

Moisturizer needs to be applied before body oil. Oil is an occlusive barrier and prevents moisture from leaving the skin, but it also works the other way around. If you apply oil first then the moisturizer cannot properly penetrate the skin.
