The researching ATMs before you visit each country is a great one. I forgot to do this and was absolutely raped by ATM fees in Spain.
Ive been to 60 countries so far, Im planning to visit Middle East and Central Asia in the coming months, this is very useful, Im gonna use Passport index for sure
Oh that’s awesome, way more places then me! It’s such a useful website, saves a lot of research!
Note to self:
1. Visa checking website
2. Multiple travel cards (chase, Monzo)
8. Packing cubes (take things out and lie them out easily)
9. Filtered water bottle
10. Travel wash + laundry mat rather than laundry service
11. Plug in travel adapter
don't try to book directly with the hotel in Vietnam guys. They know we know it so they always charge higher. I always do it ending up booking by traveloka in Vietnam for a much better price without additional fee. But traveloka don't have that much options compare to booking and agoda lol
Yes, I have seen this sometimes it can charge more, always compare prices!
Great suggestions! I love traveling during the shoulder season. I've already booked out my travel for Sept and Oct.
it's great right! I'm planning shoulder season travel for September, October too! :)
Great great video!! I just downloaded like 5 apps from your recs so I appreciate that! I’ve been looking at travel cards as well and I’ll probably send you a DM as well but thanks for this video, it helps out ALOT as I’m counting down my last 3 1/2 months home in the U.S. 😆✈️. Hope you and Emilia are well!😁
Awesome to hear Isaiah, looking forward to you getting out there and travelling! I'm glad these travel hacks helped you!

Very useful hacks 👍
Great tips. I travel a bit using a good travel agency. They do everything for you. U pay a little more but not that much. Anything goes wrong say flight cancellation or hotel overbooked etc, u can call them and they make necessary arrangements. Whats your take on using travel agencies Joel?
Yeah these are always a safer option especially if you have a big family or kids that you want things to be sorted also a lot more stress-free. The downside is you definitely pay more, often a fair amount. I guess the only other downside is more touristy spots, but then again they are touristy spots for a reason :)
Nice vlog. We watched in Newzealand
Great!!
about indonesia, u think that my hotel are all paided, a budget about 80 dollars a day (15 days total) for a couple is cool?
I'm going to the UK "London" as well as Paris, but wanting some less touristy, less popular places near by that you would recommend seeing. First time I am traveling out of the US any recommendations at all are appreciated. Also what are the best hostels.
My advice is don't bother😂 London and Paris both shit holes outside the tourist areas.
is revolut good to use in australia? :)
5:44 naughty boy 😅
ohh joel very good work . How about working together? I have a similar one here :)
what u thing about exchange in a western union post?
Can’t seem the find the money tracking app. Is called wonder wallet right? Maybe a different name?
It's called Wander Wallet, I think it's only available on iPhone, another similar app is called TravelSpend
Good content.
I'm still waiting for you to collaborate with CEO of testosterone channel.
Esims are great unless you need a phone number. If you need to call someone and you only got an ESIM...
I also book everything through booking and Agodia simply as it gives you a bit of insurance if you rock up and theres no reservation. Great tips mate.
This is true, but this doesn't seem to hinder me as I use WhatsApp, Facebook messenger to call people
@@Joelfriend yeah same....unless youre stuck in the middle of china with a phone number but no internet.
