    What did you use to record this? I mean the fluid scale movements responding to the focus on your screen? Looks amazing.

    Very expensive for a small business
    And if you are not American, with currency exchange, is very expensive for 25 articles
    I was very intrigued right up until that 25 articles is next to nothing

      Hey Kenneth! I'm happy to hear you were very intrigued and sorry to hear the pricing is not aligning with your budget. As a fully bootstrapped company we are aiming for finding a great balance between the value you get and the price. We can't fully compete on price but rather focus on providing an exceptional software and great support.
      Perhaps it also helps to know that after hundreds of customers we found that the average help center has around 25 articles. It seems little but can cover quite some ground :) Our next next tier comes with 100 articles with hardly any companies ever reaches.
