      VIN!!! thank you his getting so big!!! And It’s always my pleasure! It makes me so happy when people watch the whole video! And I’ve definitely seen growth in my triceps!!! I wanna make my arms look wider and triceps are 60-70% of the muscle on our arms! So that’s my main focus at the moment! And I wish I could hoop! But Unfortunately I can’t play any sports that have to do with upper body i’m just not coordinated lmao BUT! I was really really good in soccer lmao 🤣
