It's a little hard to tell for me, but that stove top doesn't look electric to me. It looks like it's a gas stove top, which is ideal if the power ever goes out for an extended amount of time.
I would take the dare but I'd be so disappointed if there was a t-bone steak under that cloche. I can burp on demand and it cracks my grandkids up, especially my grandsons. Even my college-bound granddaughter still thinks it's funny when I burp I love you. My daughters, of course, think it's stupid. Lol
