Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Potatoes

Last week my fiancé said “you know what would be really good?!!? A Cheeseburger stuffed baked potato!!
I thought about it for a few days and came up with this recipe. I hope you enjoy!!
Ingredient List:
4 Russet Potatoes
1c Sour Cream
1/2 Stick Butter
4 slices Turkey Bacon
Handful fresh Chives chopped
2 Green Onions chopped
Half Red Onion, sliced
1/2c Mushrooms
1 Jalapeño, diced
3 Hamburgers
Shredded Cheese (I used cheddar & Mozzarella)
Spices:
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Seasoning Salt
Onion Powder
Roasted Garlic Powder

Why not just brown ground beef and mix it in with the potato mixture- all together and put it back in the shell?
