That would end up meaning raven was working for the enemy the entire time and what Cinder saying about her being a recent addition false not to mention that hazel did say that they had "dealt" with a silver eyed warrior in volume 4.
That is true but what if Hazel hadn't been working with her at the time with salem? Its obvious enough that there was quite the amount of conniving to get him on Salem's side? What if they were working partly together, after all both of them hate Ozpin for obvious reasons.
Well it's obvious that hazel's reason for joining salem is cliche since it feels like she pulled a Madara on him by making grimm who are smarter then the usual kill gretchen. And how hazel's personality is he would most likely said names on who dealt with silver eyes instead of saying "We", so i think it's safe to say that he was with salem around the time of team strq's beacon years.

Erdood “oh my gosh” is basically equivalent to “oh my god”, but tries to skate around wielding “god” carelessly. I’m not sure why they went with one over the other. Maybe it sounded more sarcastic, maybe it helped accommodate for a writer or actor’s religious views?

LORD DARTH FIRE so art genetics...just like most anime/cartoon child-parent appearances either they look nothing alike save for one feature. Or they are almost clones.
I still don't get how Yang managed to sense her mom. Still annoys me to this day. You've seen bird form like once, ONCE!!!! If Qrow picked her out, I understand. They're brother and sister, they had the same magic applied to both of them and have fought together on the same team for at least 3 years. Yang was abandoned as a child. She has as much connection (other than biology) as Jaune to Raven. Personally I think this was just lazy and crude on roosterteeths part, very standard and predictable but the worst part is that they didn't even think things through and just threw that scene in. Literally if you sit and think about it for more than 2 minuets you'd be like "this actually makes less sense than people turning into birds".
Colonel Cider I think shevwas assuming it was her. Qrow shooting only confirmed it. Also, she has seen her mom as a bird many times, just not watching her transform. She acknowledges the fact that it's familiar in volume 5
Brah It was a Raven, a fucking bird. Are normal birds almost extinct in his universe. Looking at a bird and thinking its mom is dumb, the scene is so dumb but that is to be expected cause the whole season the show was being dumb and had the main cast of characters do dumb things. Plus, how could Yang have seen her mom's bird form many times? It makes no sense, Raven abandoned Yang as a child leaving summer to take care of both children before dying. There was no way Yang would know about Raven's bird form unless someone told her and since she never knew before the transformation that wouldn't be the case. Yang could have seen the bird before, I'll give you that but that could have been any bird.
Colonel Cider Raven didn't completely abandon Yang. She watched over her without revealing herself. She saved her from Neo, for example. And how would she have known in advanced that Yang lost her arm if she wasn't there? I'm not trying to argue with you. I'm just making a guess
Not completely abandon, I agree. But none the less Raven abandoned Yang. Raven saving from Neo and "being there" when Adam cut off her arm is lazy writing in my opinion, the writers put her in matches where she cannot win and will die and then save her using Raven. I think this is lazy writing cause how would Raven know that her daughter is in danger and then rescue her? Even if Raven was watching Yang, she picks her timing to watch all too well... Lazy, BS writing.
You're blowing this for no reason. Raven wasn't trying to hide. She's in plain sight, looking at the group, in a huge hallway in an empty school with no windows. Yang is just guessing that it's Raven because.....shes seen the damn bird and knows that Raven can teleport. Hell, she got confirmation that Raven just watches her from time to time, so how in hell is Yang supposed to not think that a raven 10 feet away from her isn't her mother?

Well raven has a lot smoother and silkier hair than yang. Plus raven has anime villain eyes. But otherwise, yeah, they basically are clones.

If Qrow picked her out, I understand. They're brother and sister, they had the same magic applied to both of them and have fought together on the same team for at least 3 years.
Yang was abandoned as a child. She has as much connection (other than biology) as Jaune to Raven.
Personally I think this was just lazy and crude on roosterteeths part, very standard and predictable but the worst part is that they didn't even think things through and just threw that scene in. Literally if you sit and think about it for more than 2 minuets you'd be like "this actually makes less sense than people turning into birds".
Colonel Cider I think shevwas assuming it was her. Qrow shooting only confirmed it. Also, she has seen her mom as a bird many times, just not watching her transform. She acknowledges the fact that it's familiar in volume 5

Looking at a bird and thinking its mom is dumb, the scene is so dumb but that is to be expected cause the whole season the show was being dumb and had the main cast of characters do dumb things.
Plus, how could Yang have seen her mom's bird form many times? It makes no sense, Raven abandoned Yang as a child leaving summer to take care of both children before dying. There was no way Yang would know about Raven's bird form unless someone told her and since she never knew before the transformation that wouldn't be the case. Yang could have seen the bird before, I'll give you that but that could have been any bird.
Colonel Cider Raven didn't completely abandon Yang. She watched over her without revealing herself. She saved her from Neo, for example. And how would she have known in advanced that Yang lost her arm if she wasn't there? I'm not trying to argue with you. I'm just making a guess

Raven saving from Neo and "being there" when Adam cut off her arm is lazy writing in my opinion, the writers put her in matches where she cannot win and will die and then save her using Raven. I think this is lazy writing cause how would Raven know that her daughter is in danger and then rescue her? Even if Raven was watching Yang, she picks her timing to watch all too well...

Raven wasn't trying to hide. She's in plain sight, looking at the group, in a huge hallway in an empty school with no windows. Yang is just guessing that it's Raven because.....shes seen the damn bird and knows that Raven can teleport. Hell, she got confirmation that Raven just watches her from time to time, so how in hell is Yang supposed to not think that a raven 10 feet away from her isn't her mother?
