Mind-Blowing audience tricks. The greatest card trick (deck of cards) ever. Performance and explanation of this Mind boggling card trick. The best card trick tutorials at www.thecardtric...
Ian and Tyler Magic yeah saw that too. haha.... $9 trick and everyone's like....wahhhhh!???? it's always best to build the story and THROW THEM OFF.....calling someone on a cell phone.
ROTTER tube I saw a guy and someone at his show had a call and she was like Oh I'm so sorry! And the guy walked to her, picked up the phone, and said we're busy! It was her husband! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ROTTER tube Reef Its nothing to do with how much the trick was. You still need to be able to preform the trick well, which takes skill. Yes anyone can buy a £9 trick but not everyone will be able to pull it off or do it well.
Great Tutorial! Clear and straight forward, a nice quick example of how to do the trick then a great explanation that gives nothing but good info. Thanks a lot, hard to find great tutorials these days!
Just got one in the mail and oh my god, it's amazing. The trick is insanely easy and always gets outstanding results. You can get as creative as you'd like with the performance which makes it a very versatile trick. It's worth every cent! Get one!
@Davidebassman Its called an invisible deck, they have rough backs and if you push hard on them they dont budge but it you press lightly on them they seperate
I just discovered that sanding the backs of the cards down using a very fine grit works just as well, if not better because you're etching the roughness into the cards so there's nothing to rub off after many uses.
you have shown me loads of card tricks. im so glad that you give us the tutorials to them. if you didnt I wouldn't be anywhere right now. Im so thankful for using your valuable time to teach us card tricks. ur the best teacher/magician ever! thanks..truly. -destin
I had this truck showed te me last night and i was totally blown away. Just totally. Hi mastered the trick extremely well. Thanks for clearing it out .
Anyone confused about how this works look here: Go through the deck and pair 2 cards together, which numbers add to 13 (Jack=11, Queen=12, King=13, Ace=1). (King pairs up with itself i'm assuming) EXAMPLE: (11+2=13 so Jacks and 2s pair up) In terms of suits, Spades pair with Hearts (because they look the same) and Clubs pair with Diamonds. EXAMPLE: (Jack of Hearts would pair with 2 of Spades because Jack=>2 and Hearts=>Spades) The pairs should have their backs towards each other so that they face opposite directions. Some sort of spray is put onto the back of the cards to stop them from sliding out of place.
Just made myself my diy invi deck.. Works great!! Thanks for the tip of splitting it underneath.. But i sometime use a bit of wax on my finger so i can split even better.. Both the invisible and brainwave deck are my favorite.. Thank u sir for the tutorial!!
Got one of these years ago,And when it was new i could not tear the cards apart! I mean it took muscle to seperate them, Yet surtain pairs were to loose and would come undone by themselves.Awsome trick but Very iffy everytime you perform it.
some of you don't get the matte so you can apply a little water on the back of the cards i did that and it really worked . and thanksss for the amazing trick this really blow peoples mind
This trick absolutely blows people's minds.... :-) And it hits best exactly the way he does it---i.e., just "name a card" (without weird patter)... But I disagree--you can do it twice for max effect. (The risk of them asking to inspect it < than the shock value if you do it twice) But then ya gotta scram!
the best way to store the cards in the box is to put the odd side facing the spade on the box because of the 'ace of spades' which is considered 1 which is odd
+jamie lehouillier you cant lol , the cards should be inside there box closed then you directly remove it but before you should tell someone to choose a card and then remove it from the box
you can also use VERY little glue on 2 corners, (right above/left down), then you can split them, and becouse its on the back of the cards, they won't notice it when you do it one time. (or flip the card with your fingers covering up the glue)
i actually got my deck from my local magic store foe about 8 dollars, so if i were you i would either order it online or keep your eyes peeled and just look for a magic store the next time you go out. that IS how i found mine! so good luck!
you can make one you separate all the face cards and separate them evens and odds (aces are ods) and take a glue stick and put a small strip of it on the back it works great hope this helps
actually this trick can be bought, wherein the back of the cards are rough(ish) so that it doesnt move much or at all but you have to hold them tight..
If somebody wants to find out how the trick is done, they can very easily find it anywhere on the internet. If someone goes through the trouble of searching for this trick, and they want to go buy it, then I've recruited a new magician, surely a good thing.
@THECHILLICOCONUT I know, but for this trick you need to put the red kings on the even side because otherwise there are too many cards on the odd side.
go to your local department store(home depot or lowes) or even walmart and get some matte finish spray(in the spraypaint type can) it is a great alternative to the roughing fluid they put on it. just spray some on the backs of each card, but not too much. hope this helps
I lile to pair this deck with the marked deck. I let somebody choose a card blindly from the marked deck, remember it. I at the same time look at the markings and determine what card it is. Then I let them to put the card back in the marked deck but upside down. After that there are several ways how they can “flip” the same card upside down in the invisible deck: telekinesis, thinking about it, hitting on it etc. And then you open the deck and wow the same card is upside down!
Someone just did this trick on me in a bar. His set up was to hold a proposed invisible deck in his hand. “Take an invisible card” “what’s the card?” Then proceeded with the trick. Mind blown! Haha
I saw this trick the other day but there was another part to it where the guy then turned the entire deck of cards to the same number, colour and coat. So when he took the card out the deck was normal but when he put it back in all the cards where the same!!! It was mind boggling! How is that done?!?!
I have an invisible deck. It's not huge, you're right. I know how it works as well. I thought I hit the reply button and replied to ZacVrono who said you could use tape ( and that would make the deck huge and have gaps )
i got a pair of bicycle cards (blue)... awesome!!! if you ever see movies with cards in them there probably bicycle cards: smokin' aces is a movie and the main character is always using bicycle cards.
@robertryan99 the turned over cards are stuck to the fanned out cards in the pattern he mentioned. When you fan them out, half the deck is turned over, but you cant see them because of the rough backs (the friction keeps you from separating them completely). You then just use a thumb to pry them apart showing only the back of the one card you want.
I have this trick, I always have it in my back pocket when i'm doing a show - if a trick goes wrong, i just say 'well what card did you have?' at which point I bring the deck out of my pocket, and they seem impressed - just a safty net for noobs like me!
It's quite easy :) Rough back cards are cards with rough backs :) What I'm saying is they are cards with backs that doesn't slide easy :) I hope you get it :)
or magicians wax - I use it as a prediction the invisible deck. It is good especially if and when you get a card wrong you can say don't worry i have a prediction and you can then use invisible deck
I think the back of the cards have to be rough so they dont slide around, but you can't use tape or glue, as you would then not be able to show the back of the card and pull out just that one card
@bexster09RM 1st of all u'll need rough back cards..can either get the roughing fluid and do it urself..or could buy it straight off from the shelf.. next (with the rough back cards) u'll need to hold it firmly and not worry about it slipping..cuz the backs are rougher than the faces so it'll come sliding naturally.. just some tips cuz i had the same problems with my 1st invisible deck =) cheers~
no it has this special powder on the back. that is the only bad part of the deck because it starts to loose the "stickyness" after the powder starts to wear off.
You should get the 'ghost deck' or 'shadowmasters deck' it would look really cool and I am considering getting them aswell :) thanks a lot, you are a good teacher, taught me most of my tricks, and easily explained.
The only problem is that if someone notices that all the cards on one side are all evens or odds, the jig is up. That might have a small chance of happening, but it can happen.

u r presentation is better than disturb reality

Magic Mike Jacobson got four yes’s doing this trick on America’s Got Talent! It definitely blew my mind!
you can also use VERY little glue on 2 corners, (right above/left down), then you can split them, and becouse its on the back of the cards, they won't notice it when you do it one time. (or flip the card with your fingers covering up the glue)

it is a rough surface which creates friction with the card it is paired with so it will not move unless you apply more force

You can if you put roughing fluid on the back of the cards. but it would probably be cheaper just to get the deck i think it goes for like 7.99

@robertryan99 the turned over cards are stuck to the fanned out cards in the pattern he mentioned. 1st of all u'll need rough back cards..can either get the roughing fluid and do it urself..or could buy it straight off from the shelf..
next (with the rough back cards) u'll need to hold it firmly and not worry about it slipping..cuz the backs are rougher than the faces so it'll come sliding naturally..
just some tips cuz i had the same problems with my 1st invisible deck =) cheers~
roughing spray makes the cards rough on one side so they stick together...get it at your local magic shop and you can make this yourself

@supersecretpenguin i believe the kings are paired together. so king of spades with king of hearts, and king of diamonds with king of clubs

Thank you so much for sharing this incredible trick. I am glad. I saw that trick on ellen's show and i was looking for its reveal. Thanks again Champ.
