I honestly love Jack as a character, I can't help but feel sorry for him but he is so much fun to watch as an antagonist too. I can tell whoever played his role had a ton of fun doing the voice and mocap.

Hey Librarian, good evening ❤ This segment in the boat with the memories of the sailors trying to escape reminds me an awful lot of a little known Slavic horror game called Cryostasis: Sleep of Reason. You would have so much fun playing it. Its got bugs and quirks but the story is wild and the emotional ride it takes you on is just fabulous. It ranks as one of my favorite games of all time honestly. Anyway have a great evening and I'll continue watching ❤
I have fond memories of playing through this whole game with my cousin when we were kids over the course of a weekend, trading off the controller after every death or every cutscene. It was both of our first Resident Evil game, and we'd theorize about the story and what everything meant, right up until the end. Such a fantastic game with a heavy sense of nostalgia for me. Here's hoping you try out the DLC.
I'm gonna highly recommend the black jack tape. it's the dlc tape that most stuck to my mind. It really is like a proto buckshot roulette, though could be that VR was an essential component in making it effective.
I hope you play the DLCS cause Clancys and Zoes stories are far from over and you'll see how far Clancy went to survive and he put up a hell of a fight until Lucas caught him.

Also for reference, try unloading with auto weapons at center mass until your sight profile jumps to nose level. Just pull the the trigger. You obviously have weapon discipline, but it seems limited by auto experience
Eveline straight up brute-forced the mold to displace that dude's cells from the inside out. Dunno if a bit of chem fluid can help with that sorta injury...
I don't think going for to a hard mode for completionism sake is your style, but regardless I really recommend trying the Madhouse difficulty at least once. I consider it one of the best NG+ experiences out of any game I have ever played. Knowing the map layout is about as much as your previous knowledge will carry over, as the enemy spawns, key items to progress and even the upgrades have been moved to different places and saves are limited to a consumable. I think it's a way more anxiety inducing experience than before, which is great for a survival horror game. It almost feels like re-experiencing the game for the first time. Kinda of a shame that the game doesn't hype it up more, it's a pretty cool and unique gamemode that probably will just get disregarded by most players thinking that they will just play the exact same thing once again.
