actually, in early 2021, nagao, fumi, hoshikawa, and kaida played momotaro together as fukeizai vs. hareboshi. the game ended with nagao in first place, but fumi got last place, so fukeizai lost. then as a punishment game nagao was forced to take a “fumi-sama exam”, so he read and studied the entirety of fumi’s wiki for it. that’s what fumi and nagao meant when they brought up the “fumi-sama exam” and the unofficial wiki! he remembered what he studied back then lol
