Big pantry. Joe. I would want the tv on the opposite right wall as your walking into the open concept. And the dining room/area to the right of the kitchen. Guess that’s an easy switch if building from dirt. Extended sliders. WOW. Huge drop zone. Now that’s a laundry room. Love that beautiful rear pool bathroom right by the door. And that bonus room. Huge paved lanai. Wouldn’t want the pool on the side. Unusual lot the way backyard faces the other backyards. Hopefully can fence it. Love barnyard doors. Beautiful en-suite. Omg. Like the built in linen closet/cabinet. The closet 😮. Huge tub. Although the shower is amazing; guess I’m 55+ now 😂 and prefer a little privacy. The only thing missing is a seat. This en-suite is bigger than some NYC studios 😂. Loving this 1st bedroom and en-suite. Massive family room and wetbar. Another beautiful bathroom with did I see a stackable washer/dryer?
