I grew up in Idaho and when I moved to Washington and was close to Seattle and being able to see so much punk and rock shows changed everything about music for me, seeing arenas full of people who listened to the same stuff… Even now you can go see huge artists in tiny rooms in Seattle and it makes it so much better when every single person is obsessed and moved as you are with what your watching you feel so less alone
I'm gonna be a sophomore in highschool and now i can so much relate to what yall were talking about with the memories and discovering music, just i was 7 years later lol. Picked the drums back up and so glad im so lucky that when i started playing, the genre that i newly just embraced and loved is starting to come back (at least a little bit).

M Shadows and Syn Gates were on the opening track of his very first album, plus there are a few videos of him and his band dressing up as metalheads and playing unholy confessions covers way back when his first rap album came out.
