The Mummy 3 didn't tank because of Brendan. It was because Hollywood didn't give a fuck about giving him a good story or actors to work with. They changed his wife and child, they changed the location, loaded it with shitty CGI, and disconnected everything that made the cast and franchise so close. I think the second component was his ex-cunt of a wife. She knew he was suffering a lack of stardom and she not only wanted out of her leeching marriage, but she decided to bleed him dry under the guise of child support. If anything, the failed Mummy reboot should be evidence enough that Brendan still holds value both humor and nostalgia wise.

The Mummy was my favorite movie as a kid, I remember that my dad bought me later on a special edition with the full trilogy and the third movie dissapointed me so much starting by the fact that Rachel Weisz was not in it anymore. I am not watching the mummy reboot... there's no other O'connell for me
He's doing a small part in the cable sitcom "Affair' he's a creep that works as a prison Guard. The Mummy movies are no good without him. Notice he's losing his looks, too much stress and depression can really take a person's beauty.
Tom Cruise is yuk. How and what and why????? Fraiser is the only reason I watched it but then fell in love with it. Cruise needs to climb back on to the spaceship he thinks God lives on or whatever. Yuk.

Dude, the whole clap thing is stupid. Clearly, he had back surgery and other issues due to performing his own stunts. I feel like he was probably in pain. I’ve had a spinal fusion and my hands don’t seem to work properly. Not sure if it’s related.

Next to Harrison Ford, he's my favourite action star. I can't stand it when action films take themselves too seriously and The Mummy films (well, the first two) as well as the Indiana Jones films remembered to be funny. The new Mummy film looks so friggin' depressing by comparison. It looks like Tom Cruise has sucked all the fun out of it.
