Thank you it was very informative. I have been having issues wiring the single pole and 3 way. The neutral wiring I are know was wrong. The instructions provided with the switch isn’t correct. I know understand that I have to add a neutral wire to the existing. I had power but the switch wouldn’t let me turn the light fixture in and off. So I just let it stay on. It is for my outside fixture.
the black cables load is is hot the AC-L in black tbn is hot or is it a jumper that goes to the other switch in load can you explain the black cable well if all are hot or there is a jumper?
You said you can install the stitch at either box and it doesn't matter. The instructions say it must be installed on the load side and your video shows it was installed on the load side. If it's possible to install on the other switch, I would like to see how you do it.
Could you please re-due this video with the three way switch you don't show the other side of the circuit and I would like to see both three way switches. Due to I'm thinking about replacing my z-wave switches. To new Wi-Fi smart switch.
Just replaced 5 of these for a customer bc they all stopped working due to a power surge or something...cracks me up when people spend tons of money on these things when the old cheap ones are more reliable.
Great short explanation of single pole installation. Just what I needed. Brief and to the point

I think it can be installed either side but I suggest you follow the instructions to avoid any confusion.
It can't be installed on either one. Must be installed on the load side. I painfully went through this experiment twice

Actually I only installed it on one side of the circuit.
Those are a pain In the ass to get back into the wall

Do you connect all the neutral wires together in the box?
Yes

Oh ok. Fortunately , mine are still working fine for me
These go on sale 4-5 times a year at Costco - and when they do the cost is about $2/3 more per switch than a standard 3 pole dimmer switch at HD
