    if you believe the niqab can be enforced, then i ask you a question.
    by your logic we can enforce the 5 pillars of islam too right? bc they are much more important acts of worship than niqab. Why enforce niqab but not enforce salat,sawm,zakat,hajj?? By your logic i can drag my friend to the mosque and force him to pray i can kidnap people and send them to hajj we can starve people and make them fast and we can rob people for zakat. This is why Allah says that there is no compulsion in religion.

The Islam introduced by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was the religion that was supposed to be relevant for eternities. For every era and culture. I am Afghan, and it amazes me that the world know so little about the crimes Taliban committed in the name of Islam during their first time ruling.
    They would force people into prayer. Have watch groups during prayer going around town checking if anyone was on streets or in their shops not attending the mosque. If one was found outside mosque they would get beaten. They would also measure mens’ beard if it was long enough. Men without beard would get punished.
    Women had to be seen with Mahram outside their home. There were some widows and people without Mahram had to come up with absurd ways having young daughters dress in boy’s clothes to accompany them.
    Aside from that they could pick any young women and demand their family to grant her for marriage. People I know had to flee in middle of night as a whole family abandoning their home to save their daughter.

    As a muslim i salute you for using your brain capacities to understand the words of god. Well said on 4:47. The Quran clearly states recognized, and the face is how a person is known and recognized. But unfourtenately people with low brain capacities alter that to suit their agenda or subjective tendencies and insecurities. But people like you or imam malik explain the Quran like it is.

    • @hyawill8944
      @hyawill8944 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It doesn't clearly state that. It might mean they will be known/recognized as Muslim women. If the verse was telling you to mark your cows and the cows will be recognized/known you would have probably concluded it is about the marking that gives recognition. If I said wear this veil, you will be recognized and not molested, the most probable interpretation is that I mean the veil will give you protection.

      @@hyawill8944 The words used in here is (Yu'rafna) which means to know a person, this verb can only be used in knowing people it can't be used to identify or atleast it rarely does. If it was the way you said god would have used another word or added the word known as "Muslim women". I thank god for using Arabic for its vast vocabulary and it's ability be super exact, i'm guessing one of the reasons god used Arabic is to be so exact so people like you can't manipulate it.
      It is clear as the sun. If you wanna manipulate god's words you will be held accountable in the day of judgement. Woe to those who misinterpret and manipulate the words of god when they're clear. There is no difference between corrupting the Quran via changing words and intrepreting it as you are doing, both lead to the same outcome. Quran has one message, and one interpretation, if god wanted it to be understood as you said he would have said so just as he did in other verses with obscurity, he wouldn't want to leave things unexplained which can cause division.

      It was narrated that ‘Aa’ishah said: The riders used to pass by us when we were with the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in ihraam. When they came near us we would lower our jilbaabs from our heads over our faces, and when they had passed by we would uncover our faces. Narrated by Abu Dawood, 1562.
      It's because of these hadiths from aisha ra and other sahaba that some if the schools of thought say it is compulsory whilst others say it is highly recommended to cover ur face.
      U see in islam, the religion is taken from the quran, the sunnah, and the 3 rightly guided generations bc the prophet said(I'm paraphrasing)the best generations will be his generation, and the two generations after them.

    The hearsay regarding the prophet - peace be upon him, continues to corrupt Islam to the whims, desires, and corruption of man. We need to move back toward the Qur'an as the source of truth. The Qur'an instructs women to cover their bosoms, which to one who is able to think critically, simply means to have modesty. Anything outside of women (and men) having general modesty is simply cultural (not of Islam) or additive to the Qur'an (in order to oppress women).

    "Men are the guardians of women by which Allah has given them some things over others..." "A nation will not succeed if it is ruled by a women" Be careful about taking knowledge from Shabir. What does Islam actually say? If a Muslim ruler takes the position that it is obligatory to cover the face then enforces it then all the people must obey it as it is a valid opinion within Sunni Islam. This new notion of westernisation or modernisation is kufr where they bring new ideologies into Islam. Whether the taliban execute everything correctly is perhaps another question but they are doing a lot better than the west at practicing Islam.
