I bought the YN nail glue based off your recommendation and wow does it work so well!!! Almost too well though 😂 I dropped a box which caught on my nail, and the press on did not pop off... but actually caused my natural nail to break halfway down the nail bed. That glue is serious!
you’re completely right- it’s what i use for my presson toenails!! have had this lil set on for the past 7 days already & none of my lil toes have came off. also, just for future reference- never use this nail glue (or any other nail glue) while wearing cotton material! i was wearing cotton leggings while doing my nails when my smart self accidentally dropped some of it on my thighs & it burned through my pants & skin instantly! the main product most nail glues are made out of will react with heat if touched with cotton or wool & it does NOT feel good!

I just had this happen at work! The acrylic didn’t break but my natural nail site did halfway down my nail bed. The back lifted so I soaked it off with warm, soapy water because acetone was going to hurt too bad😅

It’s me doing swatches of your Evie Patty Gel & this video popping up! I was excited I clicked do quick! BTW your Patty Gels are the BEST poly gel I’ve used so far. I love the consistency a little does go a long way. I can already say that I know if the formula stays consistent like this I’m going to be purchasing more of your gels! Im excited to see what other colors you drop! ❤
If you wish to have a good and easy peel off base, I'd recommend Jello set from Korea. It's $25 for the full size bottle (uv/led cured) and the remover that looks like oil. They come in a set and are amazing. This way you can keep all your nail designs. But giiirrrl, those butterfly nails are a bomb 💣
HIGHLY agree! The staying power is great and the oil to remove it also does a great job. Korean nail products tend to be superior in my opinion and quite underrated.

For me, the adhesive is the main trick to lasting nails. I credit your nail glue more than the nails themselves. Cute nails, btw!
Maybe, but she uses the same glue for all of her press ons. Some in the past lost gems, cracked, were flimsy. You need to have quality nails and glue both.
@@lexjude Ah, yes, I see! I have worn nails that cracked, yikes! That can wreck an entire weekend if you can't fix it right away. Worst of all is when they crack over the nail instead of at the tip! For that, I agree 100% that your last hope when that happens is that the rest of the nail will either hold up or just fall off.
the nails too have to be of good quality so they last longer, ie be thicker/stronger, wearproof, etc
lets also pay credit where its due and congradualte the ail designner
@@kundaigogoma9420 I'm beginning to learn that too. I've been trying to paint nails for myself, and it's becoming clear I need a thicker base press-on nail. I like flexibility in a nail, but they can be too flimsy if they're not thick enough. I'm still learning so much from this channel!
I just made a comment like this too because I thought it was all in the prep/glue but reading these responses I can see how a good quality nail is important to the sets longevity as well 🙂

I use very warm/hot water withDawn soap and some sort of oil such as olive oil and soak my fingers in that for a little while. Then you can use the cuticle pusher like you did when they start to lift. They really pop off quite easily and you can keep your press ons if you like.

Make a small gap around the edges of the nail after the initial application of the glue off. Wait the recommended amount of time, and widen the gap around the edges. Use the wooden nail stick to keep the small gap open and replenish the glue off to the lifted area, 1-2 drops should be fine. I promise it works!!
I love press ons! I prefer using the adhesive clear tabs rather than glue just because of how easy it is to take them off and change things up if I want to (or if I need to take my long nails off for a heavy-typing day at work and stuff)

This video was quite enjoyable. I loved the nails made by GoodGirl Press. They looked so beautiful and natural. Your YN nail glue along with these good quality nails helped them last so long. However I would suggest using cuticle oil next time you remove your press ons. Cuticle oil with or without warm water will be cost effective and gentle to your nails and the press ons.

I've have not been much of nail kind of girl, like even with nail polish it would never last, but seeing how pretty the semi-short square nails makes me want them sooo baddddd....
They also look so good on you, I hate long nails, but like... That color changing pink nails were cuteeeee.
There Korean is a “peel off” base coat remover from Jello Jello called One Kill that looks really cool. JOUNAILS uses it and her entire enhancement just pops off and there is no damage to either her natural nail or the enhancement.
She sent you Makartt nail glue! 🤷🏻♀️ I always go for the brush on its way easier to use! They looked much better once it was on! 🥰💜

Cute nails! When I want to save my press-ons, I work a cuticle stick on the corner by the cuticle. They will pop right off.

I put hot (really hot) water in a bowl wit Dawn dish soap & some vegetable oil or olive oil & soak my hands for about 10-15 & they pop off fairly easily even after extensive prep & strong glue
Iv been making my own press on since she beginning I’d the pandemic and i will never go back. I have my Cosmo license but i could never get the hang of acrylic! Love your videos for inspiration 💛
The glue off works SO WELL for me! I also recommend the JelloJello one kill remover I swear that shit can get any kind of nail off!

You should try the Static Nails press on remover! There is no acetone in it and it works so good! I use it when I take off my press-ons and they don’t damage your nails at all! I’ve even tried it after I glue on my nails if I put one on crooked!
Those little pink silicone tools are amazing for getting excess product off of the cuticle or skin, I always use the sharper part!❤
Evei!! You should try ONE KILL gel remover. It removes pretty easily and you’ll be able to save the press ons.
I use cuticle oil to remove mine. Just ease up the nail at the side with an orange stick, keep applying cuticle oil and eventually they'll come off clean. Although that glue looks pretty epic!!

Ms. Evie I use a press on nail remover from static nails...it's ser gentle, doesn't contain acetone, and allows you to reuse the nails if desired. It is a bit pricey but a little goes a long way.

I need to know what Glue on nails from Walmart is the best because I want some but I won’t get the wrong ones and buy them so you need to get some glue on nails and witch one is the best one!
If you go to a dollar general and get kiss maximum speed nail glue or kiss mega hold pink nail glue that nail glue is strong!!! And it’s only $1.65-$3.00 if you prep right like all I did was cut my nails down and file and slighty on top then wiped with the dust away with acetone my nails lasted forever!

I had on a pair of cheapies just your kiss nails. I'm getting over a Hema allergy. My nails looked atrocious and I had somewhere to be. So I threw some tips on thinking although come right off in a couple days. They lasted me four and a half weeks. Awesome that there was no Hema in the glue so that was good. I've decided to just let my nails grow out. And trim off the bad parts. It's so sad. I can't believe how drenched Hema is in our nail tech industry. It kind of really upset me. Like I can't go anywhere and really enjoy getting my nails done. Although I got everything now I've got the professional drill I've got the lights I've got gel that doesn't have hemma. I have yet to find a dehydrator that doesn't. But I've done the gel on my nails and they did fine. No allergy problems. And it took me two sets to figure out oh my God it's the nail dehydrator. I thought I got rid of all of the hema. But I forgot to put the nail dehydrator on certain fingers and I was like ahaAA!!! What a nightmare it has been finding out what the heck it was harming me. I'm so grateful my fingernails are coming back to normal.
I'm really mad that our industry is saturated with China China and we're not allowed to use the other products that what was it UK or the EU band.. and they definitely have been doing well without Hema and still have a nail industry.. it just makes me really mad that we're stuck with toxic things. And then the things that we can use. Wow are they expensive... Oh well I'd rather have healthy fingers.. 😆

You can use acetone and alcohol in a spray bottle as a hand sanitizer spray to clean the dust off after filing.
