Not sure i'd call this the 'right way' considering it diverges from the traditional levant recipes but i guess you mean in the context of 'Tahinis way,' which is fine i guess. Well done for not putting lettuce or cucumber inside (lettuce and cucumber retain a lot of water which makes the chicken mushy and dilutes the taste; lettuce especially when put in warm food develops a slimy grease on it's surface which is unpleasant. Only pickled cucumber works with warm food). Garlic sauce & the tahini as well at the same time? that's novel... Garlic's tangy taste profile would be contrasting with the earthy & bitter undertones of the tahini. I guess in the interest of modernization it's good to see middle eastern chains trying to adapt to the subway's model and brave enough to try something different. Wish i could try it here in the UK. Where I live, every block has a shawarma place...and I tried them all. I'm not going to drive out of my way to go to downtown Toronto to try really good food and I won't say it's one of the best things you'll ever eat but it sure beats Burger King and those other fast food joints. So if you're in the mood for something slightly higher than mediocre but don't have the budget or time to try something really good, give ANY shawarma place a try...they all basically taste the same...trust me.

You don't know how to make shawarma! Go to Egypt and learn how they do it. You are meant to chop the shawarma after peeling it off and then adding diced parsley and tomatoes and yogurt and mixing it up before putting it in a khobez or hot dog bun.
I've been there. $12 cad for a medium wrap is too much. Poor value for what I got. Not much meat and toppings. Google reviews were fake because they never describe the food. Super, wonderful, awesome is not a review.
