I did this procedure and I hope will work because I have two main issues
The fan is always on, is like of the computer were running at high level when is not
And then the computer is slow, I deleted a lot of things, apps, cachés, history on Google Chrome, I even deleted Chrome as my main navigator and still slow.
Is there any other option? Now my laptop is installing the software again Monterey

eh... once i did that, the mac is bricked. I'll tell you of all the times I have formatted windows and mac, windows was 10x easier and never failed. I have bricked 2 macs in my 2 attempts.
