(Don't rely on any help from Cornerstone support or technical docs), but it was fairly straightforward once we eliminated some variables...publish as xAPI, upload and open the statement viewer and voila. Statements are there. Hope this helps someone else in the future.

does anyone know if you can track these xapi statements in cornerstone lms?
I have gotten mixed stories. When I worked on Amazon it said they did xAPI packages but I never got it to work myself.
