This is a great video as always. I have a question. I am creating a course which reads the user name from the LMS(I already got it.) and then sends the same name to the LRS along with some other data. Is that possible? I am having hard time with the getActor() part in the Storyline. How to send the dynamic actor information to LRS which I already gor from the LMS? Thanks.

So the only way it is possible still using the default Storyline xAPI triggers is if you pass in the actor as a query string. This means though you cannot capture the actor in the course or even from a course trigger. You have to have it in the query string before the course even loads. I tried hacking it and spent a good 5 hours trying to make it work but could not. So you would probably have to have a page similar to this th-cam.com/video/g5gqhFqrKTo/w-d-xo.html but instead of allowing the user to enter in the name you capture the actor and format it into a query string. I am playing around wit better ways to do it but that is the only way I have found so far.
