Against Poland they constantly set Wallace and he was absolutely crushing it. This match they constantly set Lucarelli and since the Iranian team couldn't consistently block him the Brazilian team had quite the advantage. They didn't even play Bruno, Wallace, or Leal... That team is scary.
This was a nice match. VNL is a very new experience to 19-year-old Saadat and Salehi and Kazemi and a few others. Youngsters need time to get well talented and reduce their mistakes to beat monsters like Brazil. So in my opinion they played very well. Good luck guys 🇮🇷👍 and congrats to Brazil 🇧🇷

I think that because it’s a basic skill, they’ve probably mastered standard sets, and therefore sets for spikes, but I’d imagine that they might struggle setting at the same standard that their team setter can set at, such as setting for quick attacks, as well as setting around the position of the opposing blockers, ect. It’s still really impressive though, isn’t it XD.
