Our future plan should be expanding Nairobi residence from near CBD to nearby counties. This way we will reduce congestion in our eastates. For this to work road networks (rail) should be they priority

Continuously building apartments for families is the worst thing, it creates a concrete jungle. Look at how the kids are freely playing outside on grass with so much space and freedom. Apartments only keep kids in the house, glued to TV's, and ride bikes on paved paths. If a fire breaks out, more lives are affected. Why not upgrade the existing plan and houses?

My biggest borne of contention is that the sewer system is too small to accommodate the waste, Nairobi will eventually become a sewer dump, the sewer pipes are too narrow, this is a major bottleneck sewer system and water supply will haunt and maybe make lead to the decline of this sewage city of the future

I hope road networks and sewer system shall be upgraded as well as constant water supply. My hope is that current residents will be priority number 1 meaning the rest of the units will be sold/rented. Otherwise it's a good move with hopes that the contractor delivers.
If currently no neighbourhood in Nairobi has constant water supply from the council all week, don't bet on it that they will upgrade the supply. They will be good houses but without enough water supply

Necessary infrastructure should have been launched before the construction of houses. Water, sewer and roads should be expanded. But as usual those will be dealt with after the trouble comes. Why not develop good commuter railway transport and allow people to settle away from the city like in konza and naivasha but still get to work by in an hour or so.
4,000 households in a 15 acre piece of land, with only 1700 parking slots…that will be one chaotic estate due to high human traffic and shortage of amenities.

I have compared with a few other "posh" estates and the problems are almost the same. Now imagine how crazy an estate with 10-times that population in the same size of land will be!
