- Pasig River Esplande Phase 2 Almost Finished na
New Projects are in Various stages of progress in the city of manila.
The newly inaugurated Pasig River Urban Development project will revitalize the Pasig River and its surroundings by improving water quality and building concrete structures with green spaces.
The Pasig River Esplanade project is funded with “minimum financial exposure” through assistance from the private sector.
Phase 2 of Pasig River Esplanade in Intramuros area is now ongoing construction. A new Pasig River Ferry Station will also be built in Intramuros.
It consists of initiatives that will rehabilitate and enhance the quality of life along the banks of the Pasig River, its tributaries and surrounding communities.
Pasig River Esplande Phase 2 is now finished.A new structure is built in the middle of the esplanade and stairs going up the structure.
The Intramuros Road Rehabilitation is finished along General Luna street up to Manila Cathedral.
New Brick layered street along General Luna is now Finished.

Actually, the design of jones bridge was inspired from Pont Alexandre III bridge in Paris, France by Senor Juan Arellano, the designer of Jones Bridge for having multiple post lamps.

Idol mas ok pa mga kalesa lang mga sasakyan dyan sa Intramuros. Kasi bagay ang kalesa sa ambiance ng Intramuros classical pareho. At pang turista mga kalesa sa mga gustong sumakay para ilibot sa Intramuros. Yung mga kotse, tricycle, electric bike, at motor di bagay at nakaka sira sila sa view at nakakasagabal sila sa mga naglalakad at namamasyal. At bukod dun mausok mga iyan Kaya dapat kalesa lang payagan Dyan sa loob ng Intramuros.
at yung pinakamataas na building sana sa may binondo or any tallest building along pasig river na dapat may mga viewing deck sila sa top floors overlooking the pasig river ang other neraby cities. tulad sa paris nasa eifil tower ang viewing deck nila, sa Dubai nasa tallest building ang viewing deck nila yung Burj Khalifa.
yung pader na yan ay protection sa mga splash ng water galing sa mga sasakyan na dumadaan sa bridge at sa any untowards incident na may baka lumipad na sasakyan dahil sa accident, at protection sa mga tripper na mga nasa sasakyan at biglang mag tapon ng kanilang basura, kung open yan baka may tamaan na mga nagtitinda sa loob ng shops. remember mga shops yang sinasabi mong may pader.

We have to know the over - all plan to understand why there is a wall covering the view of the pasig river and a small space in- between. By doing so we will know what the grand design is.

Do you stroll in the esplanade while in moving Vehicle? The only view blocked are motorist it's besides the road, They put an esplanade Pier on top of the river
Yung sa esplanade phase 2 binawasan na yun ng mga poste,.
Di mo napuntahan yung sa bagong bukas sa Intramuros yung Centro de Turismo. Free pang puntahan yung lugar karugtong ng Intramuros Museum.
Anong binawasan wala binawasan, kundi na lagyan na ng 2nd level Flatform kaya akala mo bawas
maganda kung meron led lights yung mga buildings sa intramuros to add more vibrant view
Yes those ugly trikes should be banned from the pedestrianised streets. Super ugly already and the drivers lack discipline and order just parking wherever they want to be. they destroy the ambiance of the place. They should also limit the number of trikes in the area to just 50 so it doesn’t look chaotic and crowded

Nope, the first segment of the pasig River project is the building of 6000 housing units in Baseco and hundreds of thousands of housing units in Rizal province. 3 year project yan so wait for its completion.
Just imagine when there are no longer illegal setters in Intramuros and all streets are lined with plants and no beggars or street kids romaing around. At night would be brightly lighted...cool place
