I think Atlantic Canada is a much slower pace, more laid back then Quebec. We were expecting snow Thursday, but it rained. As long as we don't have freezing rain. Snow and cold are good. Hi Daphne, my cousins in Pictou say hi and welcome. I used my Diamond points to buy six kits, and for Black Friday I purches four. My crazy ADHD is allowing me to remember which ones, so later today I will go and look. One item I am going to purchase for 2025 is a notebook of line paper and make a list of all my Diamond Paintings, then transfer to Gemglow.😊
I did purchase 4 paintings. One more Lorenz bird painting, the flamingos, the guardian dragon of the candle holder, and Chill - the owl painting. The dragon painting I thought would sell out fast but I managed to snag it. Saw the flamingos and the Lorenz after I had checked out and had time to browse. I'm done though cause I went to amazon and bought I think, 5 or 6 more since they are smaller. Had a nice thanksgiving with friends. Hope everyone else did too. Thanks for a great video.

I’m on a dac ban, I bought 3 paintings. Was gutted that dreaming with wolves was out of stock when I went to buy but got forest dragon, bathtime and plant delivery. Not sure where I’m doing them since I work on a lap table on my sofa 🙈😂
I bought 2 DAC paintings (buy 1 get on 50% off) Spirits and The old shoe house. Ordered them Tuesday and they arrived Friday. Was amazed that they arrived so quick as I live in Netherlands.
This was my first Black Friday that I bought diamond paintings. I got 4 from DAC. Mermaid with Betas, Mother of Dragons, a raven one can't remember the name, and Black Lotus. So I think 3 rounds and one square. I'm excited they said I should get them tomorrow, Monday, that is so fast! 💜💎🎨👩🦳
I purchased three kits during the DAC Black Friday sale…Succulent by Peggy Collins, Down the Rabbit Hole by Margaret Morales, and Cuddletime by Randal Spangler…and Spring Blossom by Laurie Pringle during Cyber Monday.
This was the first year I got something on Black Friday, I had picked out 7 from DAC, 4 of which were cats, however, one of those was sold out by the time I went through checkout. Maybe I'll be able to get it on a restock. Got a few things from Cateared, Dearmer Design, and DiamondArt Paintin. After Christmas, my job will be extremely busy til mid-April, I'll not be buying anything new till early summer if then, lol. Just FYI my cat made off with the cap on my pointy tweezers, lol. and I found out that the single tip you get on those plastic pens that you get with kits fits perfectly on the end of those tweezers, Just pull them out of the plastic tube and slide your tweezers into the open end.😀
I spent $21.23 at DAC got a little fox DP with the 30% off & a $10 gift card. I agree with that there is a huge variety of things to buy, but nothing that spoke to me. I hope everyone found something that they love and I know my sister got the little hummingbird and is thrilled to make that for our mother for her birthday happy cyber Monday glad you’re settling in And doing OK. ✨👍🏼
I got one of the new Kits The witches desk. None of the other kits showed up for me on Black Friday at general release. Never saw that JOJO’s Diamond Art Kit. I’m happy with what I got.

I too was underwhelmed by DAC’s BF/CM this year. Most were too dark or not my style. I did get 4 paintings; 2 on BF and 2 on CM. One was a restock and was on my wish list. I had a lot of points to use and still left over to expire in May. They are for events next year. One of my goals for 2025 is continue to do a mini detox. I have a calendar with the events posted and the kits to complete each month. I completed 24 kits this year and will try for 30 in 2025.

I’m getting close to the detox stage too so not shopping was not a problem. You know, the very first video of yours I ever watched was the post review of the dreamers design canvas you mentioned. I was having a nervous breakdown over my gappy DD kit and was relieved after watching your video to learn that it wasn’t just me. I subbed that very minute! ❤

I am new to Diamond painting and have 2 pictures in progress…loving it!!! I have been watching lots of videos on TH-cam and groups in Facebook to learn both tips and tricks but also things to avoid. I have been unsuccessful in finding a putty for the ab drills where the putty doesn’t stick to the drills. The drill retains the putty from my pen. I have tried red,pink, blue and blue tac. Suggestions please for putty. …that would really release the drill in its proper place. It’s so putzy and slow to place each ab drill. Thanks in advance.
@@merrymooses To combat the ABs sticking, you can use a damp (not soggy) paper towel or sponge and dab the multiplacer on it before picking up the drills. I don’t usually have a problem with the putty sticking, but I’ve seen others use this trick and it seems to work. Thanks for watching!!

I am hoping for some restocks though because there are some kits I want and have been waiting on so I hope that one of those kits are in the 25 kit restock they announced. Great video.🥰

Nothing for me from DAC or Dreamer’s Designs. I came close on two from DD but decided to wait. I don’t know if there will be a Mucha Mania next year, but if there is, it doesn’t require a new start, and runs for two months, November and December. I think that’s very reasonable. It may not even require a finish!
I only got 3 from DAC on Black Friday. They weren’t must haves, they were just ones I liked and wanted. Plus I cashed in my points. I probably won’t buy anything on Cyber Monday.
Not only didn't I buy anything on BF, but I barely looked. Started checking out my favorite sites but found myself zoning out from boredom. So, I quit looking and went back to my canvas. Not sure if I'll look on CM, but my stash is large enough to get me through 2025, so maybe I won't even bother. Funny, I haven't lost my excitement to actually diamond paint, just not excited by what's being offered.

Hello….I just discovered your channel and plan to participate in your two events in 2025. I did not buy anything from DAC or Dreamer Designs for Black Friday. I only liked a couple of kits (especially the Stained Glass Gown one) but they were already sold out. Oh well! Maybe they will restock at some points and I can use my points for one of them. It was Starry night by Molly Harrison, Star Spirit by Jemaica Murphy/Jemooshka, Porcelain Dress by Yummei Art, Nemesis by Emilie Jarrige, and Frejya, Goddess of Beauty & War by ChrissaBug. Its a couple of more I want but I will get them with my points if nothing else comes out that I want for Cyber Monday.
@@Leah17857 No stupid questions!! Alphonse Mucha is an artist from the late 1800s who painted in the Art Nouveau style and his art has become popular for diamond paintings. Randal Spangler is another artist who draws the adorable ‘draglings’ - the cute little dragons you see in a lot of diamond paintings from Diamond Art Club.
Mucha is a painter from the 19th century and did a lot of cool art nouveau pieces- a lot for advertisements! Randall Spangler is an artist licensed by Diamond Art Club who paints a lot of cutest/cartoony “draglings”
I got nothing diamond painting related for Black Friday. Nothing grabbed me. Nothing I voted on previously showed up :( Maybe Cyber Monday. I did get a new hair dryer that seemed a decent price. I have developed bursitis in my shoulder so my old heavy big hair dryer has been the cause of a lot of discomfort. And I got some cute leggings. I do like ordering from Amazon this time of year just because there is the extended return time.
I didn't buy anything on black Friday. I'm not really a Christmas person. I had a beautiful dimond painting of the mountain, northern lights and a polar bear given to me. My sister got it on Amazon, and it's stunning. I love it, however it's squares. I don't mind this, but after doing the first 3 sections. I'm so upset. The dimonds it came with are horrible. Got pyramid, round, tabs thier junk. I was hoping to find a nother northern lights dimond painting that I liked on black Friday. But atlass I didn't find anything. So I guess I'm going to have to pry the dimonds off of it. Figure out how and where to get better dimonds, re glue the thing and start over. I thought about ordering the drills from DAC, but I don't know how to convert thier numbers to regular dmc numbers. I'd love to order some ab drills with it since I have to buy all new. I'm relatively new to dimond art, and I don't really know where to order and not spend a mint, but still get good drills. Do you have any suggestions? You might look into a vpn for your subscriptions in the us, to get them in Canada. At least until they expire. And one thing to think about is your phone may have free calls to the Canada. However other people in Canada, will have to pay to call you. Usually not a issue, unless your son gets new Canadian friends. (Just something to consider). Sorry for the issues with your daughters car, car's can be so frustrating sometimes. Hope it all gets better soon.
If you are looking to buy drills for a painting, Jaded Gem Shop sells drills that way, as does DiamondDrillsUSA, I believe. For AB drills, I generally get mine from DP with Sparklers, but you buy them by weight, so I'm not sure that would be cost effective for an entire kit of drills. Thanks for watching!!

Nothing for me from DAC or Dreamer’s Designs. I came close on two from DD but decided to wait.
I don’t know if there will be a Mucha Mania next year, but if there is, it doesn’t require a new start, and runs for two months, November and December. I think that’s very reasonable. It may not even require a finish!

I only got 3 from DAC on Black Friday. They weren’t must haves, they were just ones I liked and wanted. Plus I cashed in my points. I probably won’t buy anything on Cyber Monday.

Not only didn't I buy anything on BF, but I barely looked. Started checking out my favorite sites but found myself zoning out from boredom. So, I quit looking and went back to my canvas. Not sure if I'll look on CM, but my stash is large enough to get me through 2025, so maybe I won't even bother. Funny, I haven't lost my excitement to actually diamond paint, just not excited by what's being offered.

Hello….I just discovered your channel and plan to participate in your two events in 2025. I did not buy anything from DAC or Dreamer Designs for Black Friday. I only liked a couple of kits (especially the Stained Glass Gown one) but they were already sold out. Oh well! Maybe they will restock at some points and I can use my points for one of them. It was Starry night by Molly Harrison, Star Spirit by Jemaica Murphy/Jemooshka, Porcelain Dress by Yummei Art, Nemesis by Emilie Jarrige, and Frejya, Goddess of Beauty & War by ChrissaBug. Its a couple of more I want but I will get them with my points if nothing else comes out that I want for Cyber Monday.

@@Leah17857 No stupid questions!! Alphonse Mucha is an artist from the late 1800s who painted in the Art Nouveau style and his art has become popular for diamond paintings. Randal Spangler is another artist who draws the adorable ‘draglings’ - the cute little dragons you see in a lot of diamond paintings from Diamond Art Club.
Mucha is a painter from the 19th century and did a lot of cool art nouveau pieces- a lot for advertisements! Randall Spangler is an artist licensed by Diamond Art Club who paints a lot of cutest/cartoony “draglings”

I got nothing diamond painting related for Black Friday. Nothing grabbed me. Nothing I voted on previously showed up :( Maybe Cyber Monday. I did get a new hair dryer that seemed a decent price. I have developed bursitis in my shoulder so my old heavy big hair dryer has been the cause of a lot of discomfort. And I got some cute leggings. I do like ordering from Amazon this time of year just because there is the extended return time.

I didn't buy anything on black Friday. I'm not really a Christmas person. I had a beautiful dimond painting of the mountain, northern lights and a polar bear given to me. My sister got it on Amazon, and it's stunning. I love it, however it's squares. I don't mind this, but after doing the first 3 sections. I'm so upset. The dimonds it came with are horrible. Got pyramid, round, tabs thier junk. I was hoping to find a nother northern lights dimond painting that I liked on black Friday. But atlass I didn't find anything. So I guess I'm going to have to pry the dimonds off of it. Figure out how and where to get better dimonds, re glue the thing and start over. I thought about ordering the drills from DAC, but I don't know how to convert thier numbers to regular dmc numbers. I'd love to order some ab drills with it since I have to buy all new. I'm relatively new to dimond art, and I don't really know where to order and not spend a mint, but still get good drills. Do you have any suggestions? You might look into a vpn for your subscriptions in the us, to get them in Canada. At least until they expire. And one thing to think about is your phone may have free calls to the Canada. However other people in Canada, will have to pay to call you. Usually not a issue, unless your son gets new Canadian friends. (Just something to consider). Sorry for the issues with your daughters car, car's can be so frustrating sometimes. Hope it all gets better soon.
If you are looking to buy drills for a painting, Jaded Gem Shop sells drills that way, as does DiamondDrillsUSA, I believe. For AB drills, I generally get mine from DP with Sparklers, but you buy them by weight, so I'm not sure that would be cost effective for an entire kit of drills. Thanks for watching!!
