Of all the late nite shows that have ever been, the most consistently hilarious one was CONAN, thanks in no small part to Robert Smigel's contributions. Thanks for being the greatest, Conan & Team Coco!
I remember when Triumph made his first appearance, at the Westminster dog show. The guest who came after him asked Conan how much he could do that to him, because there was no way anyone was going to look like anything but a let-down after that screamingly funny, raunchy surprise. Long Live Triumph!
I remember an episode where triumph was asked the question "in what activity would one 'tie a rope to the poop rail'?" (the answer is sailing) to which he responded "dating Little Richard." Little Richard was in the square next to him and had this expression of absolute shock on his face.

If all of you want to see Triumph and Smigel at their best, Google Saturday TV Funhouse. There were only 10(?) episodes made, but watch the full episodes. There's a 2 parter with Triumph in Atlantic City with Robert Goulet (I shit you not). Also, look out for a cartoon called, The Baby, The Immigrant, and The Guy On Mushrooms (2 episodes). The dog puppet gets its own square and the sopranos guys have to share one 😂😂😂😂😂😂 thats hilarious
"A little peanut butter would help" hilarious
There's NOT enough peanut butter in America to make that taste good.
I'd prefer a plate of ole arsenic before considering that ! 🤢

“The llasa Oprah.”😂😂😂 Almost as funny was how hard Whoopie laughed at that one.😅
Can someone please explain this joke to me? I’m not an American;(
Al Roker’s got a great sense of humor. I love that he was a great sport. The timing was perfect when he was spanking him with the paper “Bad dog!”
He would always make little appearances on conan and he was always great and took it like a true champ
@@AKABoondock19this! Al roker was such a frequent flier.. He was really more of a character than a guest star lol
I love how Al Roker was always such a good sport and played along on Late Night, as well as here with Triumph.
Kathie Lee’s reaction to the poodle is the funniest thing I’ve seen all week.
she always needed a few drinks to kill that bug up her ass
She even knew it was going to happen long beforehand and she still was in shock not sure how to react.
