@@ReadySetGo113 I wouldn't have been surprised if it was true. I sprained my ankle a few days ago with the way these crazy Philippines streets are. With gaps and cracks everywhere. So nothing surprises me in Philippines anymore. Haha.
What was the name of the condo that you stayed at in Iloilo?
It was an Airbnb. It was a condo called the palladium in Iloilo right near festive walk mall. Not sure if it's still listed in Airbnb. But there should be multiple places in same condo available there.

how to book ticket online?
I believe the name was something like 21go or something like that.
If you Google ferry from Iloilo to Bacolod you will see a couple of sites that sell the tickets. You can purchase in advance there. Or you can book directly at the ferry terminal itself, which is easier.
