    What you have setup to automate all those workflows is amazing! I've never seen a video of a business owner who has reached your level of automation. So what do you do all day? Sit back in your recliner, smoke a cigar, and watch the numbers keep going up, up, up? LOL
    Thank you for sharing. I now know what's possible when I learn to use Make.

      You caught me - 100% guilty LOL
      In truth this just buys me time to focus on the highest leverage tasks that will accelerate my growth as quickly as possible. While I don't work on my business anymore, it's opened doors for me to pursue other passions, such as creating videos like these.
      I'll be releasing videos starting next week on Go High Level, where I actually automate the majority of my business through - so if you like this, I think you might get even more value out of that :)

      As someone who's been diving into automation, I totally get the excitement! I discovered Mydrop AI recently for my digital agency, and it has been incredible in terms of saving time. With its automations, I set up personalized posts and let it handle the rest-it's like having a 24/7 assistant. Scheduled an entire month’s content in just one afternoon, leaving me more time for strategy. If you're looking to maximize efficiency, Mydrop's definitely worth a look alongside your automations. What's the first automation you’re planning to try out?

    Hi, can I ask. N8n is better or make.

    • @jonocatliff
      @jonocatliff  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey there. That's a great question. If I'm honest, the main reason why I use Make.com is just because I started using Make.com years ago - I haven't explored n8n nearly as much.
      However, with the limited info I have on it, I would assume you can more or less accomplish the same things on N8N as you could with Make.com, just with slightly different ways of going about it.
      I have friends that swear by it, and with the cost being much cheaper, it's definitely super appealing. I'll spend some time researching it, I plan on covering this in future videos :)

    Hello, thanks for this video, so rich, yet there is something vital you did not talk about which is are you using all these tools APIs for free or we MUST pay on the go so that the scenario goes smoothly? as far as i tried these automations will cost money for a beginner...am i right?

    • @jonocatliff
      @jonocatliff  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey there - great question! There's a lot of tools I covered in the video, of which most are free to get started. Some, like Go High Level and PandaDoc, will cost a bit of money. On the free plans, you'll receive limited features and operations, but it's enough to get you started.
      However, if you're just a the beginning stages of your journey, I would recommend trying to do these tasks manually for your first few clients. After getting some cash flow, you'll quickly want to leverage these tools because the time savings you'll receive should far outweigh the cost of the subscription
      Hope this helps :)

      @jonocatliff  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hey there! This is a brilliant idea. I've added it to my to-do list and will let you know when I release a video on AI recruitment automation.
      When it comes to Indeed, you're a bit limited unless you build a web scraping bot to log into your account on your behalf and grab the info you need. The best bet is to send people who apply an automated message to an onboarding form where you simply collect all the info you need. Once you get that info, just hook up the form to Make.com and send the data to Google Sheets/Excel

    • @jonocatliff
      @jonocatliff  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hey, it's a watered down version, but essentially its more of less the same thing. You'd need to map all the values someone purchased, which I go over in this video. The reason why mine is longer is that there's a lot of customization that may or may not be applicable to you. Essentially I'm just checking if an optional item was purchased or not, and if it was, then I count it, if not, then I don't :)

    Holy $h!t3 this is incredibly valuable. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. At what point do you hire someone to create the automations for you? And at what point is AI so good it will automate the automation creation?
    But seriously, as a Wedding DJ, this is especially helpful

    • @jonocatliff
      @jonocatliff  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey there, thanks so much for the kind words! Tough question to answer, because there's so many variables at play. If you're making less than $50K-$100K per month, it's probably better off to do it yourself. The reason it's tough is because yes, you could find someone who knows automation, but in order for this stuff to be highly effective, you need someone who has business acumen as well. For example, you could hire a software engineer to design your website, but just because they can do it, doesn't mean the result will be what you're looking for.
      I think there's certain positions I would hire first: sales, marketing, management, accounting, editing, project management, etc, because they're all structured roles that can be put into an SOP and passed onto someone else.
      In a business sense, I think AI automation is powerful, but I don't use it nearly as much as you'd think in my business. I primarily use lifecycle automation, where I send the right message to the right person at the right time, as I mention in the first few minutes of this video: th-cam.com/video/6EmuWKhIxo8/w-d-xo.html
      I think this way of automating your business will be more effective, you can implement it right now, and I don't really see AI every replacing it.

      Hey there! Thanks for pointing this out. Here's another video I created a long time ago on this: th-cam.com/video/RGHKaXLPrTk/w-d-xo.html

    Is it possible to automate posting to Facebook groups? Say you create a FB page under your main account and that page is used to join a bunch of other related FB groups in the same niche. Is it then possible to automate a process that can then post to all the groups you've joined, as well as Instagram, Twitter and Threads?
    What would be really nice to do is post on one channel (e,g Instagram) and then have an automation run to take the same post content and repost to all other channels/FB groups.

      Hey Max! Excellent question and great idea. I don't believe you'll be able to automate sending messages to Facebook groups. However, you can automate conversations with people through your Instagram and Facebook business page or through messenger (caveat being that they must've sent you a message in the last 24 hours I believe). You can also automate replying to comments.
      Regarding Twitter, you can message people and I have a video explaining how to do this
      If you're going to automate messages/reply to comments, I recommend GHL, which is the CRM I use. 80% of everything I automate is done in GHL, while I use Make.com for the other 20%. Here's the link: jonocatliff.com/gohighlevel (yes this is an affiliate link and I would make a slight amount from it)

      @@jonocatliff Hey there, thanks for responding :-) The post content is image based with the goal of posting to all channels and FB groups in one go. I think Meta changed their rules recently which now prevents an automation like this from working using Make. Using Meta business app only lets you post to 3 groups at a time, which isn't ideal when you maybe belong to many. It wouldn't be for messaging/replying to comments, more just to streamline the posting method.
      Is there no other way possible?

      Hey Max, off the top of my head, I'm not too sure. It just looks like they shut down their API to Facebook groups, so my guess is that this isn't possible anymore. Sorry Max!
