Mixer HMP-230

The mixer HMP-230 is intended for homogenization of mixture composition when different types and fractions of materials are blended together.
The special filling system through the face of the mixer achieves compact arrangment and simple handling. The same system is used to unload the material.
Operation mode is simply chosen by raising or lowering the dedicated lever and activating mixing or emptying direction of rotation. If larger quantity per batch is needed, then the filling can be done through a door on the mixer's drum circumference so that 75% of the drum's volume can be utilized.
The total volume of the mixer is 7,3 m3. You can mix up to 2,5 m3 or 5,5 m3 per batch respectively, depending on the loading method as described above.
The resulting blended material can go directly to different types of receptacles, eg. bags.
The capacity mainly depends on the process duration and batch quantity. The mixing duration depends on the properties of the material that are mixed together, the required homogeneity of the mixture and other requirements.
Material - mild or stainless steel (INOX)
Color - standard RAL 9002 or according to the customer's request
