That’s exactly what I did. Let’s face it, we water spot windows when pressure washing. I got into window cleaning as a package deal and that spawned into regular window cleanings for my customers. I threw a hefty investment into my equipment and it’s awesome!!
Wait you pressure wash water spots?
@@jaxonhass9028 No, he's saying pressure washing a house leaves water spots on the wndows that he can then clean off with his window cleaning equipment
Great video! In my area, northeast Wisconsin, there is a great market for outdoor services, but very little industry or support. I started cleaning windows in 2008, after getting stiffed on a carpentry job, during a recession and quickly learned the benefits of performing a "luxury" service for people who can afford it. The small ticket item opens the door to full service tickets. Now we clean entire houses, roof down to the curb. I was fortunate to feel my way through the dark and grow my business, but it was really hard. I wish I had the benefit of your videos 10, 15 years ago! So, young folks starting out, pay attention to these guys, and get that $$$!
Window cleaning purist here. Bout to watch during my am appointment 🤙🏻
Hygiene should be the word of the day. If you are going to clean something for someone; you should be clean as well.
Question: why people take the route of commercial cleaning instead of windows alone?
I have mad respect for Justin. He seems the better guy. He actually wants to help us. Mike just wants to talk about himself.
that happened to me too. it sucked. people will crawl over you to get what they want.
I need a 2 man crew to produce a MINIMUM of $1000 a day in order to maintain a decent profit margin. $1500 is what we shoot for
How do you do this business in the winter months or bad weather
Can anyone explain the difference between cross sale and up sale to me? I know up sale, but cross sale is a new term to me.
