What you did just by trying to help Twomad while he was still above the deep end is heartbreaking, and kind beyond belief. you have the best explanation in the internet for the poor man's circumstances. And you have my respects. R.i.p. Twomad. T_T
People blatantly celebrating his death publicly majorly pissed me off too, I understand people hated him for his behavior, but to genuinely be celebrating the death of someone who clearly was mentally ill and completely down the rabbit hole with drugs? It's just not okay. I'm glad there's people who think the same as well...
this is one of the most kino vods I've seen recently, we got toemad n-mode review, Void voices, fantano slop, Bino storytime, and russian necoark ending
if law enforcement was called which it was mentioned their should be public logs of this as well, unless no arrest were made, although calls are sometimes posted as well.
RE: bird bbs, all you're asking is for what the law expects of these sorts of statements. For the civil (not criminal) standard, that's just on a balance of probabilities; more likely than non-likely. You're not asking a lot, but groupthink finds you to be an opponent. Also regarding different driving classifications, here in the Canadian prairies our winters have 17 hour nights and foot of snow and/or ice. Licenses vary based on number of axels, presence or absence of air-brakes, motorcycles, basically number of passengers, and one that lets you do everything
All dude had to do was say "rip twomad. I know there's been a lot of allegations and I have some things I would like to say regarding his past actions. I'll be making a video addressing my experience with him soon after I collect my thoughts, thank you." Nah bro just open it up with a callout and let it sit there. Genius twitter brain right here.
Considering what Kiwisunset QRT'd the post with, I could totally believe, Jameskii, especially since Ross is batting for him as well. Admittedly though, especially if you're gonna do it after they're dead, you should bring evidence of it.
Also, I know it's hard to believe when you don't witness groups of people like that IRL, but a lot of "People on Twitter are like" is actually just genuine group think that happens on and off the internet.
Its a fair issue, if it is true there is always the reality that if hes been in a shitty mental state for an extended time period he just didnt think through how this would be percieved without the proof and just wanted to put his truth out. Not a great plan of action but people fuck up when they arent all there. Doesnt excuse but could explain
TwoMad was killed by twitter no doubt. Moved out to LA to make more content and got chewed up and spit out. A genuinely unique guy ends up in the cess pit that is LA and of course starts doimg drugs as is the standard out there and before long is dead. A story told too many times to list. A shame. Truly a shame. He will be missed.
Twomad was killed by the internet in general. He was a deeply self-centered person, never learned to behave like a normal guy, never felt nor understood other people's feelings. He didn't believe in (or wanted) having true friends, never opened up to people who tried to help him. All he needed was the constant stream of satisfaction of having likes, views and even many times fed upon drama to get internet interaction out of it. While his health deteriored, his fanbase clinged on him and encouraged him to continue his streams and ragebaits, while people who truely cared begged him to take a break from streaming.
I think the burden of proof is important, obviously- but when someone is relating a personal experience they had with someone on social media, we don't immediately need receipts, no? Twitter isn't a courtroom and I don't think we should expect it to be. I don't think that's anything to get upset about, if anything that can create a culture in which people who are wronged feel that they can't say anything unless they had collected "hard evidence." It's not the law, and people talking about things that did (or did not) happen to them is better than wanting people to be silent if they didn't have the foresight to collect evidence. There isn't evidence for most SA, but I'm sure we wouldn't want people to be quiet unless they "brought receipts." Investigation into facts of the matter will happen either way.
to some extent, yes, there should be trust on the internet - but as long as people are going to do false allegations, especially on people who receive a lot of attention (that are more likely to recieve false allegations), there should be some proof neccecary - believing someone's allegations, only to find out later they were false can affect trust in allegations much more than taking evidence first. Take the Kwite situation - I have seen many say that they are much more cautious of allegations after that, as they believed Orion in the first place, and felt betrayed afterwards.
I'd agree with your statements, but keep in mind that making public allegations of such a degree can be tantamount to ruining someone's life permanently. Allegations ALONE are sometimes enough for employers to fire you, banks to deny you loans, and people to stay away from you regardless if said allegations are true or not. It's one thing to post personal experience for the sake of posting it, but it's another to do it when there's a chance of it completely destroying someone's life. It is then when the burden of evidence becomes necessary, even more so considering some people will just make shit up solely to ruin people they don't like. That being said, you are still right. Sometimes allegations are really all you have. The people who have actually suffered shouldn't be discouraged from speaking up because of it. But since there'll always be assholes who make fake allegations against people, both requiring and not requiring evidence become problematic to some degree. I guess what I'm saying is that there's no real answer to this problem. No matter how you look at it, both sides would be right and wrong to ask for evidence. Maybe that just means it has to be left up to our individual judgement on whether people are ok to be wanting evidence or not.
@@ne0space I agree with this. Evidence is obviously important and no action should be taken without it, nor should people blindly just believe someone wholeheartedly on word alone. That said, nobody should get mad at someone for not posting evidence when they state something that happened to them specifically. It's not like jameskii is spreading rumors of things he heard about tm without evidence, this supposedly is first-hand experience. Wanting evidence is good, but that doesn't make recounting something that happened to you *bad* if you don't post receipts- which is the very questionable turn albino takes in this vid. Honestly I think albino may have more of a bias towards twomad / against jameskii than he lets on, considering his very strange response here and his language in other streams, which explains it a bit.
@@FinnishArsonist Proof is important in any case, yeah. I generally take issue with Albino acting like jameskii did something morally wrong by not putting up evidence for a personal allegation of his on social media. He wasn't saying "evidence isn't important and everyone must believe this without evidence" by saying "this personally happened to me," and the leap of faith albino makes between those two concepts seems to be a bit partisan. The language he used on this stream and later ones gives me the distinct impression that he was sympathetic towards twomad and does not like jameskii, which explains most of this, honestly. In the end it's youtube drama, and it doesn't matter !
3:53:20 that reaction says it all that smile. it wasnt happiness haha cool game. fck all the politics. never goes anywhere to talk about that shit. people spinning circles, and only hate each other more after sharing their thoughts on whatever subject is at hand. omega rarely you'll have someone who simply accepts each's opinion as theirs. and you can have a mature discussion about that stuff. but even then, nothing was gained. except a tiny bit of mutual understanding about said topic. i think i'd rather explain Neco Arc to someone that doesnt use the internet, than talk about politics for more than a minute

Glad to know my favorite streamer is slightly unhinged but not clinically insane unlike the rest of the internet 💀
Its so funny when albino says something on twitter, people hate him for it and forget in a week max.
