Ummm... they are talking about this on 60 minutes... after lengthy research this video was filmed only a week before the earthquake... the footage was sent by train to NYC the very night before it struck. You can also make out rain puddles near the end and it doesn't rain in September 1905 when it was claimed to have been filmed.
