The last time Manchester United took to the field in an FA Cup Final as 'underdogs', yet won it against all the odds, was 1977. That win stopped Liverpool achieving a record Treble, and this win has stopped City achieving a record 'back-to-back' Double. Also, we now have a place in Europe next season, whereas we wouldn't have had otherwise.
Needless to say, I'm as happy today as I was on that other glorious, sunny day way back in 1977. 😁 🏆

Anyone who read Bruno's long post dedication to all United players at Players Tribune will understand why he n his team as camptain had to give it their all. He said they owed us big time. When he lifted that trophy all I cud remember was his May 24th post. It was emotional to read, and emotional to see the dream he talked of right in his hands, for us the fans..... Best feeling.
