Thanks for the video Oscar. Two questions if/when you have a moment. 1) Since you didn't opt for the pedal drive, is there a reason you chose the Zulu over the Voodoo? 2) Why kind of speed do you think you're getting? Similar to the Outback? A little faster? Seems to cut through the water nicely.
@@texasnp211 The bow of the Zulu handles white caps & choppy water better than the Vodoo. The Zulu with a motor added to the back runs shallower and is faster than the Outback. Especially when you buy the center pod cover which reduces drag. I’ve got to run a few more speed tests on the Zulu to give you accurate number. I’ll do a separate video for that.
Would like to see a pic of how you connected the Zulu rudder cable to your motor.
I’ll post a video soon how that was done.
