The Pandan City Wholesale Market (Pasar Borong Pandan City) in Johor Bahru is one of the best places to buy fresh fish, meat, vegetables, stocks and wet goods at wholesale price.
The fish and meat sold here are fresh and cheaper than at the regular supermarket, and some fish are sold live! The market is located in Pandan City alongside the Pandan City Bazaar and Pandan City Uptown.

Yes, it's open earlier but I'm not sure what time. I was there around 9 - 10 am.
