You absolutely have to try it, especially if you feel like it... It's a very pretty cut when it's done well. The sides and the back of the neck must be shaved very high with a straight razor... and the top no more than 4mm for a beautiful, flat horse-shoe. I wore it for 20 years with great pleasure... Came across this video because I'm an up and coming barber but as you know, a new school barber... more into the mordern fades and styles so being in the profession now, I learned that you shouldn't limit yourself so if you could do a Military High & Tight, Flat-Top as well as traditional work, such as regular haircuts, gentlemen haircuts and so on, then your all around solid... Just wanted to say i have nothing more but respect for the old school barbers in the profession.

oh dear that started out with a great angel. He took off the front and i bent the cut. the back is heavy at the crown and a military cut you can see the scalp on the top dead center. then back is cut to the skin as well. oh my,, 2 weeks or 7 days makes a good cut

Well that's because your head is round, and since the cut is a square shape the top is gonna be shorter other wise it wouldn't be flat, you can fix that by making it taller

Shouldnt the hair cut be more square It looks a little weird becuz of the fact that it goes downwards as it goes to the front I believe that it would look nicer if you used the way the comb sits on the flatest part of the head to cut the hair So the center of the top of the head the comb should be flat On the sides it should be flat
