When I had hair, which was a long time ago, I went to a barber who would use razor over comb. I had really thick hair back then and my impression was that it was used to just help thin out the hair and "level" it a bit.
The ability to go fast and still be very accurate and effective is something you can only get with experience...this guy knows what he is doing and its neat to see.
He's very fluid and straight to the point. No wasted movements. Clearly this is the normal and usual servixe any other customer gets. There's no additional bravado just for the views. Great video!
I've watched hundreds of these barbershop videos and this guy's accuracy cutting your hair is in the top three, maybe even two. When fast, effective, clean and from the looks also an enjoyable visit!

I love old school barbers, no frills just a great cut and great service. I used to get my hair cut every 2-3 weeks by an old Italian dude, sadly he passed away. RIP Moe.

The good thing about Turkish Barbers they start training since the age of 10 or sometimes even younger so the scissors become a natural extension of their hands. Nowadays many people don't even get experienced by 30 if we think they start their career around the age of 25. At 30 Turkish Barbers already have 20 years of experience😅
@mrchad97z49..I like old school .. for a few years I went to an elderly “old school” woman that cut my hair better than the barber.. was awkward at first when one of the “ grandma “ helpers shampooed me and being the only guy in a shop where old ladies were in curlers and pin curls ..but I got used to it and the price was right. The good haircut outweighed the awkwardness.
I need to find a barber that offers this kind of service. In the US a regular barber is 15$-20$ just for the cut. No massage, hair shampoo, shave none of that extra stuff. I’d love to get all those at the barber

One of my top experiences in Turkey was going to the barber, and the country is beautiful! 70 min treatment for 10 Euro. This treatment here is actually a bit rushed. I highly recommend and leave a good tip!
This guy did more in this time span then it takes to get a buzz cut at the hairdressers near me that would charge like 30$-40$cad for it. I'd pay good money for this guys skill and experience. Edit: He also gets all of the hair on the back of the neck unlike most hairdressers that only get the god damn middle.
