I loved this interview so much! Can I just add something? I don't have ADHD but I'm a HSP. If you think you are on the spectrum but you don't want to check any diagnoses due to "what will they think?", you don't need to share that diagnose with ANYONE. It's for you, to help you, not for others to understand you ❤️
