(5-2022) This is one of the most famous elevators on my channel. I have not been here in many years and I figured I needed to check up on these. Today we will see them in stunning 4K60. Both of them are running fantastic and the gated one seems to have been quieted down some. Enjoy as we check out both elevators from May 2022!
70 Woodfin is also known as The Park Place Office Building is a historic 4-story brick building that was formerly Memorial Mission Hospital. It is a multi tenant office building with space available. if you are in Asheville NC and are interested in space in this amazing building a link is below.

I remember the video from December 2015. I'm glad they are still in great shape. In any elevator, it's not good to shake an elevator or jump in it.

yep! Any elevator (traction) jumping in it can damage it.

Yeah automatic gates are better than manual. For automatic gates, you obviously don't close the gate because it's spring loaded and it's connected to the door operator so when you push the button then the gate will close by itself. When the elevator arrives at the floor you chose then the gate opens by itself

It seems that people were mostley using the 1950s one because the older one looks to have not been used for a while because the wood on the doors look darker than last time you were there
