In malaysia we call it ' Gamat ' and we made massage oil from it..and the oil is also good to recovery wound..the gamat u will only found at Langkawi Island in my country. And the gamat oil is the only oil that u can put ur bare hand in the hot pot when they cook it..your hand will not burn or doesnt even feel hot even the oil is boiling, not even scratch..
Slot of ingredients in their raw form look "freaky". Like look at a cow or chicken... they don't look like food lol but once processed, they look tasty to some people because they've been trained over their life to regard that as tasty.

It's hard to get over how their fluids squirt all over when they first cut into it. I know sea cucumbers don't have brains and have very primitive sensory organs but I wonder if they feel something when being cut up.
